Karaoke is not included in the amenities though, paid separate of 800 for the karaoke. Weekends have quick power interruptions. over-all, nice big place and full kitchen appliances 🫶🏻

My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

It is a very spacious, private resort. It's a pristine mansion, a little on the older side, with a stunning overlooking view of the beach, a huge pool, and accommodating caretakers. My family and I had a great time!

Cresta Paye feels like home! A home away from home. Traveling there was adventure itself but getting there and seeing the views (for the first time and hopefully won't be the last) gives you the serenity and peace you're looking for - away from stress and chaos. It's a perfect place to unwind and connect with the nature. :) In addition, Ms. Lyle is a call away and very responsive and Ms. Khay and the other staff are super accommodating! We had a fantastic stay at Miranda A - 304! The unit was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a balcony with a nice view. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The location within Pico de Loro was great—close to the Country Club and just a short walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the whole check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet weekend or a family vacation, this unit is a great choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable! The two things I appreciate the most is how complete the kitchen was and also the strong water pressure especially in the shower!

We recently stayed at this apartment in Canyon Cove. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality by Ate Merna and a smooth transaction with the owner up to check-in process. The apartment was spotless, well-designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay — from a functional kitchen to a cozy lounge area and a balcony with breathtaking views. Also, the building was clean despite that it was old and so was the pool and beach area. Over all, it was a great experience and would book again next time.

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. We had a great time staying at this property! The place was clean, beautiful, and just a few steps from the beach, which made everything super convenient. We really appreciated the kitchen equipment—it had a good array of utensils, pots, and pans that made cooking our meals easy, though a few of them could use a bit of updating. The beach itself was fantastic! The fine black sand was beautiful, and it wasn’t very rocky, which made swimming really enjoyable. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

It was an outing with my friends and they liked the place. The place is clean and spacious when we arrived and can accomodate 15pax including the kids. Pros: -Clean bathroom -Good water supply on kitchen and bathroom -All aircons are functioning well -Beautiful furnitures at dining and living room minor cons: -Guest should bring their own chopping board if you will cook and additional knife (no chopping board at the kitchen and they only have one knife) Thank you Ms. Au for being responsive to all my inquiries and Sir Arman is nice and accomodating.

What you see is what you get! the location of the Airbnb is just like 4mins away from the Beach and i tried to walk from the Airbnb to Pool area it is more like 10mins walk plus a beautiful garden view. Our stay at Pico de Loro was relaxing and amazing! Superb location and beautiful views of lagoon and mountains. The rooms are clean and kitchen is pristine. The host and caretaker are responsive to our needs. We had a great time and will surely be back.

The house and the beach are great. Quick response whenever we need something.

The room is so nice and clean. They really did prepare the unit to be so clean for the next guests. The view from the balcony is also so nice! The beds are so comfy to sleep in .. the kitchen is complete with the utensils and cookwares too! Had a little problem with the internet connection, the net is so slow.. i think thats on the PLDT side. Had a little problem as well on the parking, there’s no parking for senior citizens, its first come first serve basis. Other than that, everything is nice.

Host is very very nice and always attends to all our needs. She lent us some stuffs without a fee and arranged boating tour for us. The bed sheets and kitchen utensils are very much appreciated. Highly recommended!!!!
