Wonderful house located in the impeccable neighborhood of Bosque Peralta Ramos on the outskirts of Mar del Plata 5 minutes drive from the ocean. This cozy quiet oasis in the shade of the eucalyptus forest is suitable for relaxing with family, lovers or close friends. Our house is a place where you can feel unity with nature, hear birds singing and catch the first rays of the sun on the terrace. The neighborhood is safe, parking on the premises with a surveillance camera. There is a barbecue area, dishes, bed linen and towels.

A spacious outdoor area is depicted, featuring a picnic-style wooden table accompanied by bench seating. Large glass doors provide access to the interior spaces, while string lights are draped overhead. Lush greenery surrounds the space, contributing to a tranquil atmosphere.
