The apartment is located in a very good area, it is close to all the tourist places and the bus stations. It has everything you need to spend a few days and it is quite quiet to rest at night, I would definitely stay again in the same place.

Vicki's studio is very good, with everything you need, it has a great location downtown. Communication with Vicki was very smooth and she was always attentive to any needs. Also, mention the kindness of Carolina and her mother who welcomed and saw me off, thank you, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a positive experience at this place. The location is excellent and the apartment is decorated with very nice details inspired by Mar del Plata. It is bright, comfortable, ideal for a single person, and well equipped for a short stay. The mattress is comfortable and the heating already on when we arrived was a very thoughtful gesture. Communication with the host was always clear and cordial. I really appreciate the flexibility at check-in. There were some technical problems with the water in the shower and the stove, which they immediately solved. Cleanliness may be more thoughtful. To keep in mind: - the elevator is very small, which can make it difficult to enter with luggage. - It has blinds and blackout. As a personal suggestion, I would change the black out to sunscreen to preserve privacy with natural light. I felt comfortable and well received. I'll definitely be back on my next trip.

The apartment is comfortable for a family, close to everything and quiet. It has a nice enclosed balcony for those who do remote work and need to look up and be distracted by the view of the sky.

A wonderful apartment with a perfect location! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is just a few steps away: shops, cafes, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it was very easy to reach the main attractions. The apartment fully matches the description, it is clean and cozy. There is also a gym in the building. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. Sometimes we could hear the neighbors, but it didn’t affect the overall impression much. The host was very attentive and always available, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Very well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a very nice and quiet area of the city. Easy access to the various points (beaches, rest, coastal) without being in the center. It has 3 beaches nearby that you can walk without problems. The building is very well maintained. Communication with José is excellent. Always ready for a great stay. For 4 adults it is a little fair if you are used to large environments. The use of the pool is until 5pm. The gym as well as the pool, are charged per day or week. In short, we had a very nice stay. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent accommodation! There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The location is really unbeatable, the apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. In addition, Nicolas and Melisa were very willing to help when we needed them (in this case to turn on the heating). Highly recommended!!!
