Great stay, well-located accommodation - restaurants and beaches 5 minutes' walk. Well-appointed, comfortable mattresses and very useful air conditioning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was immaculately presented and well equipped with stunning views from the balcony. Our host, Pedro, was very friendly and helpful.

Understanding, friendly host who provided all the directions clearly, responding quickly. The apartment is very good value for money, good cleaning and needs met. It is somewhat uncomfortable to travel with more than three people, as there are 2 beds of 1.35m and one of 0.9m, but up to 5 could fit if you do not have problems sleeping two people in the 1.35m ones. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the area, and it is easy to get to by car. As possible points against, I could say that the area is not too beautiful, not to mention that there are many areas of La Manga that seem to be abandoned. However, it offers the possibility of going both to the Mediterranean and to the Mar Menor (less than 3 minutes walk). Keep in mind that palm trees are planted along the entire Manga, which means that from time to time you will find a cockroach, and they will come to visit you in the apartment, but it is something common in these areas. However, I would recommend the place, 5/5 stars.

Hi, I stayed here for 8 nights with my partner and our 1 year old baby. The apartment was great! It was super clean on arrival with everything we needed at hand. We paid for extra baby equipment which was ready when we arrived - a baby travel cot , high chair + baby bath which made our lives a lot easier having them there. location is great - the beach is right on your doorstep with a lot of restaurants+ cafes in the area + beautiful walks along the beach front promenade. The apartment was right above a restaurant so at night it was a little noisy but nothing too bad, our baby still slept okay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay + host was super quick to respond if we had any questions.

A very good place to stay!

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

Very clean and tidy as pictures. Felt at home. Great secure parking. Good comms re check in and out. Very quiet area. Super close to train into Cartagena.

Perfect place, close to the beach and walking distance to the city. Heated pool. Beautiful nice clean rooms, lovely roof terrace with jacuzzi that we used once🙏

Excellent stay in Jose's apartment... amazing place in front of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The view from the apartment was fantastic. Highly recommended. Jose, a genius who was always available... the sleeve was a great discovery...

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

Very good . If I go back to the sleeve , I would definitely come back here. Very clean and very inviting and terraces are great . The people in the apartment are very majas, very attentive and detailed .

Absolutely stunning villa in a beautiful location. Greet for our family of seven. The pool was great and regularly cleaned. The house was spacious and clean. Direct access to the beach from the garden. A quiet area.

We really liked the villa, it was private, spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. Check in was very easy as Jane at the local estate agent’s office provided excellent instructions that were clear and comprehensive. The pool was clean and warm and we used it most days. Having a dishwasher and a washing machine was also great. The property has good security and being able to store the car behind a remote controlled shutter was a real bonus. The weather during our stay wasn’t brilliant so we did use the excellent heating/cooling system to make things more comfortable in the evenings. Since there only two of us, the amount of cups, plates and cutlery wasn’t really a problem but larger parties may need more. We would have liked to use the bikes but one was out of action with punctures. The small extractor over the hob wasn’t working well but hardly a problem. There was some low level noise from the pool machinery that might disturb some people.

Nice, clean, with great drafts and tastefully renovated. The location and views we loved it even though it's not for anyone. You have to walk at least ten minutes to reach services and beaches, but it was really worth it. Being close to the Amoladeras, Cabo de Palos and the beaches of the Mar Menor is a privilege. We thought it had a terrace for a photo. It's a communal canopy with chairs to accommodate. Not comfortable if you don't want to disturb. A great apartment. To repeat without a doubt.

A perfect place to rest and breathe peace. The village is somewhat deserted and the water in that area has many algae although there are very nice beaches nearby and ideal for bathing. Something was missing to cool the living room because it was hot. Otherwise great.

Everything was perfect, although I have not met Pedro personally, he was very attentive and made things easy. Highly recommended, thank you very much.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.
