Bautista's place is excellent: spacious, well equipped and perfect for accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. We were greeted with a wine and some snacks, a good detail for arrival. Bautista was always very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in times, allowing us to enter several hours earlier than stipulated. A highly recommended place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The house is super nice, modern, comfortable mattresses and has 2 bathrooms. Located about 12 blocks from the beach approx. It has a nice patio and a grill with a pergola that is also very nice. We went in June, so it was quite cold in Valeria, but the house has heating in all the spaces, so we were super warm. Hernan gave us all the necessary information to enter, he offered us a flexible check-in and check-out, which is awesome. I broke a glass, but Hernan didn't make a fuss, a boss. My only recommendation would be to offer the towel and sheet service for those of us who want to travel light, but the rest is 10 points. The accommodation is highly recommended and the host is a genius.

The best place to stay in Costa Esmeralda ! Perfectly clean. The house is new and well equipped, everything is there. The hosts are very responsive. The beach is a 5-minute walk. The location is perfect ! We always feel at home here. I want to go back again, and again.

everything was great! very quiet neighborhood not far from the ocean. nature and beauty. the only thing you need to bring with you is dishwasher detergent and washing powder. everything you need is in the house. the fireplace is beautiful. thank you!

We had an excellent stay. We took advantage of every space in the complex: the spa, the outdoor pool and the restaurant, everything was very good. Excellent 3-night stay by the sea We are a couple with 2 large dogs. We felt at home. It's beautiful to be resting and for everything to work perfectly, without having to worry about anything. A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.

Laura was an amazing hostess—always attentive and available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for the six of us who stayed there. The central heating worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the showers was excellent—small details that made a big difference. The decor is beautiful, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere throughout the house. We also really enjoyed the large garden, which gave us plenty of space to relax, and the parrilla (barbecue grill) was very useful for outdoor meals. The access to the property is easy, and the area is very well secured, which made us feel safe at all times. The good condition of the roads also made it easy to get to both Cariló and Pinamar. An impeccable location!! We were welcomed by Ramon and we love him! He was super attentive and resolved everything we asked for and more. When we arrived they had assigned us an apartment at the top and we were with a person who could not climb stairs and they were so kind to change the apartment for one downstairs at the time, and provide us with everything we needed, the kitchen was very well equipped. we'll definitely be back!

Very good house, comfortable, with a great distribution for 8 adults, being able to share all but also have privacy. Accompanied by a beautiful environment, close to downtown and the beach , to leave the car parked in the house and move on foot without any problem.
