It was pleasant, clean, and the water pressure was strong, the drainage was good, the bedding was fluffy, and the towels were soft and abundantly prepared. I didn't use it a lot, but there were plenty of tableware and hand towels/vinyl, so I think it would be great to buy food at the market or nearby shops. As the guide said, it's a 3rd floor without an elevator, so it's difficult to carry luggage up and down, and there's a little smell of toilet sewer, and if you bring a car, you have to find a separate parking lot and park, so parking is a little difficult, but it's so accessible that I don't think this will be a big problem.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The place is tidy and had all the amenities needed for a week. It's located in a neighbourhood that's filled with locals, we didn't see many tourists which was great to experience local life and it's only 10 mins walk away to one of the big shopping areas of Seongsu. Lots of cute cafes around and close to the river walk. The host was very helpful with quick responses. Thanks!

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! was working and travelling on this trip and i appreciate chris' flexibility in letting me check in early and extending my check out time. he was also very responsive to all my enquiries! it's a very cosy place that will let you experience life as a local, wished i had more time to explore the area!!! esp with such a nice view :") found a nice cafe nearby and felt like it would be a very nice hood to live in long-term :-) there's a slight leak in the shower hose so water will get everywhere so that just needs to get fixed. but i managed to work around it after the first time i used it to minimise the splatter :-) highly recommend to solo travellers!

The host really made a good impression~~ The accommodation has all the necessary items, the bedding is neat, and the towels are neatly dried. There was no problem with the water supply and drainage, and I was able to enjoy the karaoke room to my heart's content. The barbecue area and the eating area are separated, and there is enough charcoal, so I enjoyed grilling, drinking, and eating for three hours. I plan to visit again next time.
