Lapa Villas consists of 2 ocean-view homes on a beautiful, lush, oceanfront property. The upper home (#1) has an apartment w/2 bedrooms, 2 separate guest rooms, a gym and upper deck with a jacuzzi. The lower home (#2) has 2 bedrooms, sauna, heated pool, & outdoor kitchen. The private trail leads down to a semi-private (mostly rocky & beautiful) beach and there are also 2 other beaches within walking distance--Biesanz and Espadilla. Lots of wildlife! Right now we also have a construction discount as well. We are usually 100 percent booked at 495, but they are building next door so we are offering huge discounts! They usually only work from 8-5 Monday through Friday, which is usually when you will be at the beach or enjoying all the areas activities!
