Vacation rentals with beach access in Manistee County

Cute little Airbnb in the heart of Manistee! Easy access to downtown and the beach. we came for a little fishing and it was perfect for what we needed. Lots of cute decorations too.

I very much enjoyed my stay! The apartment was cozy, and it had everything I needed. It was just a short walk from downtown, and I felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. Scott was a very friendly and communicative host, and I would definitely stay there again!

Two Lakes Lodge was the perfect place to kick off our Michigan trip! We loved it so much, we already booked our next stay! The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and in the absolute best location. Right in the heart of town! Walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shop, local markets, and ice cream! We noticed a few reviews mention water pressure or a sulfur smell, but we simply followed the host’s tip to run the water for a few minutes when we arrived and we had zero issues. The water was hot, pressure was great, and everything worked perfectly. Truly a wonderful stay. You won’t be disappointed!

My partner and I loved staying here over the winter holiday. It was very well-thought out design in such a small space and most things we needed for our stay were included by the host. It seems like they thought of everything and we agreed that this would be a very nice place to stay in the summertime. The only thing I’ll say is that I don’t think the Airbnb could sleep 4 - when the Murphy bed is down, there isn’t much room remaining. We were very comfortable but we are two fairly small people. This is an excellent space for a couple! Thank you again.

Exactly as described and very homey. Everything was clean and I had everything I needed. Location was great. The sunsets on Lake Michigan were 5 minutes away. Thanks for the hospitality!

We've stayed a few times with Dave and always love our time here. He is very responsive to questions, makes excellent suggestions, and even provides a holiday touch. We love staying here with access to the kayaks on Portage Lake in the summer and the beautiful views year-round.

This place was comfortable, easy, and great location.

This is my second time staying at this place It is very convenient for the reason I visit Manistee It’s a very quiet safe area so I highly recommend it

House has everything we needed. We golfed Arcadia Bluffs which was a short 20-30 min drive. Enjoyed eating at The Golden Stag!

Rebecca’s place was perfect for me and my family we had such an amazing time. There home was so clean and I’m a clean freak lol lots of fun activities to do in and outside witch we loved tippy dam is right down the street! Which was perfect for my husband and his fishing love love love this place different coming again next year

Jeremy's house was very cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the harbor. Our kids thought the rotary phone and antique furnishings were so cool! It was an easy walk to the beach for sunset and near other sight seeing/hiking spots off lake michigan. Jeremy was also quick to respond to any questions we had.

Would love to stay again!

Dan was a great host, providing clear instructions and quick responses for questions that arose. The Airbnb was the perfect size for a large group and near plenty of fun attractions. Would recommend this Airbnb and Host to anyone!

Wow—what a place! Gerard & Jan have created something truly special. The house is stunning, full of charm, warm decor, a record player, lush plants (perfect for yoga & meditation!), and cozy blankets everywhere. A true mountain, wooded retreat! If you're visiting in winter, 4x4 is a must—we cruised through 10+ inches of snow with no trouble thanks to the Tacoma. We’d stay again in a heartbeat—honestly, we’d love to call this place home! Though we missed meeting Jan, Gerard was an incredible host, super helpful and welcoming. Don’t miss Stormcloud Brewing for a great pint and Rosie’s Country Cafe for a stellar breakfast!

Absolutely loved this stay. Right up on Bear Lake, with kayaks, a fire pit, a great porch (we had so many family meals out there!), then a quiet cave-like sleeping experience since it is built into the hill. Our family can’t wait to come again :)

Very nice condo in a great Manistee location. Unfortunately, we had horrible weather. Mid-50s and cloudy/rainy the entire week until Friday. Oh well. Thank goodness for the indoor pool to keep the kids in our party occupied. The house has everything you could need and then some. It was very well stocked. Just as a point of information (not complaint), I had asked whether they had baby gear (high chair, portable crib) because my 6-month-old grandson was with us. They said they did not so I bought a portable high chair and crib for the trip. Turns out they do--a pack and play and full-size high chair are in the primary bedroom walk-in closet. I will keep what I bought for the next time they visit me, but I would not have rushed to get it if I knew they had those things. One suggestion: have a bin for recycling/returnables. We overfilled the garbage bin because there was nowhere to put cans, plastic bottles, etc. Overall, very happy with this place!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the lake for sunset. The view of the small lake across the street from the big windows was beautiful, and we really appreciated the black out curtains for a good night’s sleep. The space was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Manistee is home away from home! Lovely place with a great location for beach access & amazing sunsets! Close to town & great little area to take the pups for walks. Bring spices & cooking oils. They only have limited spices as listed. Also, I maybe would bring a couple pans & pots if you plan on cooking more than a basic, simple meal. I love to cook so I usually bring my own knives & pans. Really great stay & I would highly recommend!

Our family loved the stay! Beautiful scenic view in the backyard with boat dock. Steps to the 5th Ave Beach (not overcrowded). Short Drive to the 1st Ave beach. The condo was clean and charming. Our kids loved the park and pool just steps away! Our family will definitely consider staying here again!

We had a great tome and Alicia’s place was spectacular! Very cozy and lots of amenities! Super convenient yet private!

This house was a great getaway with our grandchildren. It had plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the pools and the ability to walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the room to spread out. We made most of our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. Manistee is a terrific and quaint town. We loved the walk along the riverfront and the renovated movie theatre.
