The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. My friends and I had an excellent stay at Ms. Liezl’s unit. The host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and cozy, complete with everything we need including toiletries and the host was kind enough to provide freebies like bottled water and coffee for each guest (Thank you!). The view from the balcony alone is worth what you’ve paid for. Just to note that if you’re bringing your own car, make sure that you coordinate with booking a parking slot prior your arrival for a smooth check-in. Overall, Ms. Liezl’s place is highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Very response host. I selected this place for my in-laws (4 people) for 2 nights prior to traveling. The location, no stairs, and parking spot were the reasons this place was selected. One person in the party is handicap so that made it easier. Only minus is the small bathroom in trying to accommodate the person with the handicap. Something I'll have to be more observant of.

Me and my husband super love the place and we had a wonderful stay. Our trip to Manila was extremely convenient, memorable and unforgettable because of the great place. The unit was as describe, very clean with the terrific view of Manila bay. Everything was perfect and we wish to be back. Great deal, great place, stunning view and the area has everything you need- near the Robinsons Mall with lots of restaurants and convenient stores around plus easy access to anywhere you wanna go.

This was our second time staying here. I booked this for 4 nights during our annual convention. My kids and nannies went with me, hence I needed an apartment style place to stay in. Ruth's place perfectly fit our needs. My kids wanted a place very near the malls, I needed something that's very near EDSA Shangrila Hotel where our convention was held. The place is spotless and I love the fact that it has its own laundry. No need to pack so much and we get to go home with clean clothes. 😊 Hope it's available again same time next year. Hehehe
