The place was really clean, bed was comfortable very spacious and I love rain shower that’s 1000/10 for me. Trixie was very friendly too and easy to communicate . The place is more or less 15 minutes away from Calicoan Beach and Linao Cave. All in all the experience was great.

I love that the property is in 1-2 min ride to the town proper. and near the beaches. a lot of things to do if only I have enough time unfortunately I have to cut my vacation short because of the upcoming elections. thank you charm for accommodating me and my family. Charm is a very good host and very responsive. I would love to come back and stay the next time I come back to Guiuan.

Cool, comfortable, convenient & private place for balikbayan or tourists in the heart of the historical town of Balangiga, few steps away from the plaza, church, municipal hall & the famous Bells.Even closer to the original site of the house of Capt Valeriano Abanador, our local hero. It is very private since the owner is seldom in town.Except that my sister who manages the place will close the kitchen at night. But if you rent the kitchen, you can have all the front space. (1 room at the back)

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only small issues were the occasional power outages and the lack of blinds on the big windows, which made it a bit hard to sleep in or nap during the day.

We had a great stay! Location is good. They let us rent motorbike. Tho the signal or WiFi upstairs isn’t good but manageable. Host was accommodating despite being in London. Overall it’s worth what we paid for.
