Spacious accommodation in a central location - 15 mins walk to most things. Clean & well stocked with essentials. Responsive host, easy check in & check out. 10 min walk to LIDL & free street parking available. Highly recommend.

What can I say about Kelly! An amazing person in a beautiful space! Kelly, at our request, was kind enough to allow us to do a small gathering at her place with catering. It was dreamy, a moment for us very important that we will remember forever! Kind, sweet, welcoming! Always willing to help with anything! We booked the whole house, a very large space ready to host several people and very beautiful! A lovely garden, super well-maintained! We are very happy to have chosen this place and wish our way to bring us back there soon! The space is also suitable for people who want quiet and seclusion. It's among olive fields and endless greenery! Just 15 minutes from the center of Kalamata and 4 minutes from Messina! Nothing was difficult for us! Thank you very much ❤️🌸

We spent two absolutely wonderful weeks at this dream location in the Peloponnese, nestled in a beautiful olive grove. The atmosphere is truly magical, with spectacular scenery surrounding the property—from green hills to the blue sea visible in the distance. It is the perfect place to disconnect from the daily hustle and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Our hosts, Nasia and Tasos, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us with generosity and took care of every detail, making our stay extremely comfortable. They were always available to offer recommendations on places to visit or activities to do in the area, which made our vacation even more special. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic spot surrounded by the beauty of Greek nature. Without a doubt, it's a place we would return to with great pleasure! We had a wonderful time in Kalamata and the accommodation was excellent! The room was very clean, fully equipped and in a very convenient location, close to the old town. But what made our stay special was Angela — kind, friendly and really willing to help us with anything we needed. We thank her very much for the hospitality and we will definitely return to the same accommodation!

A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

Very nice place to stay, right in the middle of Agios Nicolaos. 100 meters to Knospi Beach, or to the harbor. On the first floor there is a terrace overlooking the olive grove, on the second floor there is a balcony with sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. The amenities are very cozy and spotless. Stavroula is super friendly and always available. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

Nice house with a beautiful view! Clean with all the essentials. We stayed as 2 families with 5 children of all ages. Just keep in mind that it is far from a supermarket and with a difficult road, so make sure you have the necessary supplies in advance, if you have small children.

Everything was perfect, the apartment very nice and clean, we had water, snacks, bubble baths, a lot of electrical appliances, even had an umbrella that we forgot to take.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. Everything was very nice, very comfortable accommodation for 4 people. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood, with a parking space for the car, we were comfortable walking around Leonidio. Perhaps one of the most beautiful places in mainland Greece!!! Thank you Thodoris for hosting us, we were very lucky to see this amazing place!!!

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Maria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful, she gave lots of local tips for beaches and restaurants. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the marina, beaches and old town. Totally worth a visit, highly recommended.
