Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Manhattan Beach

We had a fabulous month at 26th Street! Jen and Jean Marc were always responsive ~ even when they were at the hospital having a baby!! Our family made many beautiful memories in their home and we look forward to going back if available! Marcie🌸

This is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in LA. It is in a perfect location in Hermosa Beach. A half block to coffee shops, restaurants, and little boutiques. The beach is only a few blocks away and the strand. The Airbnb is perfectly designed. Very modern yet comfortable, with all the things you want in a stay. Also impeccably clean! I’m looking forward to coming back soon!

My small family and I loved our stay here! The place was just as described and even more beautiful and peaceful in person. Very walkable for my fellow dog parents. Hannah also had two large tower fans accessible for those warmer days which was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Ellie’s place is fantastic. Love the cozy space… Bougie Beach House the house is squeaky clean from linens to bath towels, kitchen etc. I found Ellie to be very flexible and easy to work with. The house is steps from the beach. We didn’t need to use the air with the wonderful beach breeze & it was so nice hearing the waves roll all day and night. A great stay!

The home is beautiful and soulful and so comfortable. It was just what we needed. Every detail so thoughtful and well curated. The spa options are a special treat and really easy to navigate. The grounds and views stunning. I highly recommend and hope to be able to come back for another visit soon. I will also want to acknowledge the personal welcome note and items to make our stay more enjoyable. Very kind. Thank you so much.

This house was amazing! Even better than the pictures! Dimitris was great with communication and providing suggestions for the area. Sean (co-host) was on site when we arrived and walked us through everything in the home. The entire stay he was just a text or phone call away and it was great! Only slight issue was the previous guest smoked in the home so the floors were a little sticky and dirty from whatever the cleaners used to get rid of the smoke odor. Besides that, the place was clean and perfect! They even offered a bottle of wine for the floor troubles (thank you!) - we enjoyed the pool the 1st day we were there and did not need the heater. But we felt it the days after, and I recommend purchasing the heating if you plan to use it during this time of year. (we only used the pool the 1st as we were out exploring the other days). This was a great stay and highly recommend!! Thank you Dimitris & Sean!!

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!

I live in Santa Monica just 5 minutes drive - I needed a place for my parents to stay last minute for a visit. My mother and father are extremely picky and not normally the Airbnb types. They absolutely adored everything about the place and are already asking me to book for when they come back with more family over thanksgiving. The house is on one of the most amazing streets in Santa Monica (maybe even LA) - a walk to the beach, a bike to Montana, a 15 min ride to Malibu - its perfect. The house is super chic and incredible decorated and equipped with everything you would need for your time in LA (including a gorgeous frame tv and boogie boards :). I highly recommend this place if you want a true LA experience with comfort and style!

I loved staying at Amanda’s place in Manhattan Beach! The location could not be more perfect - easy walking distance to the pier and all of the shops and restaurants in Manhattan Beach with the added bonus of direct access to The Strand - so perfect. The apartment was exactly as shown and was super comfortable for my stay. Big bonus of a parking spot in the garage too! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

John was a great host. Very accommodating- even took the time to meet prior to booking to determine if my vehicle could be parked there. Friendly & and a great communicator, I would 100% book again if I found myself in the area for work.

Enjoyed our short stay here was the perfect location and close to the beach. My family of 4 had more than enough room and we enjoyed the home. Would definitely stay here again if available when we come back to area. Great host! Thanks again for everything

Bradley’s place was in a perfect location. We felt safe walking to and from the home and everything was walkable! The restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the local grocery store, and the beach! Bradley’s dad met us when we arrived at 3am via uber. He was the most welcoming, sweet and accommodating man. He helped us get in, showed us around and gave some recommendations for our stay. He even had a sweet gift for my daughter, knowing we were there to celebrate her birthday. The place was great! Clean and plenty of room. Stocked perfectly for our needs. Upon checkout, Robert (Brad’s dad) met us to say goodbye and gave us a bag he prepared filled with of treats for the girls for the plane ride. Truly, Robert is a blessing! My daughter and her friend said this was the best trip they have ever been on and meeting Robert was a big piece of that. Hoping to make our way back in the near future! Can’t say enough about the wonderful hospitality!

Our stay at Hilary’s property was fantastic! The check in was easy and clear instructions were provided. We did not need the parking pass that was provided, but it was great know that it was available if we needed it. The property was exactly as described and was a great value for the location and distance to the beach. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute walk. This is a place we would recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway and we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for one night with my two toddlers. Kids loved the bunk bed. The place was very clean - beds were comfortable. Beautiful views of the ocean from a large outdoor space where the kids enjoyed playing while at home. Convenient breakfast shop right downstairs for quick bites and coffee. Parking included which was a plus! Can walk right down to the beach and the strand only few blocks away. Apt was on a main road but could not here anything from inside. Plenty of space in the apt. Would highly recommend! I will definitely try to stay here again if in need of a place to stay in Manhattan Beach!

This location is fantastic. Gorgeous garden setting on a super cute walking street central to everything in Manhattan Beach. The apartment has big glass windows that look out to the beautiful private patio where you have an ocean view while lounging on comfy furniture. I loved having my morning coffee out there and glass of wine after work. The place is immaculate and roomy. The kitchenette has a petite fridge and sink, exactly as shown, so not great for a lot of dishes or fridge space but with all the fabulous restaurants around I wasn’t cooking. Comfy couches and big tv to relax at end of the day. Hosts are super friendly and responsive and the garage parking is very convenient. Very peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend.

Listing was clean and as described. Location was walkable and close to many metro bike stations, where you can rent bikes for pretty cheap. I’d recommend going up north more towards Santa Monica than south towards Venice.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

I had a great stay at Shant’s place! Everything was as described, the place was clean, and communication with Shant was easy! I would definitely recommend!
