It has an indoor pool heated all year round 17 km from Rodez, its historic center and the Soulages Museum, the cottage is perfectly located to explore Aveyron and its many typical villages such as Belcastel, Conques.

Fully equipped (TV/ wifi/coffee maker/ oven/ washing machine/ bed sheet/towels/shower gel...) 500m away is the famous Soulages Museum, the cinema, the Ruthenian breweries, the public garden and continue on foot to the cathedral and the historic center. We pay special attention to your comfort and we hope that the accommodation will bring you full satisfaction.

Located between Rodez (SOULAGE Museum) and Albi (UNESCO classified); Aubrac (Laguiole), Conques, Roquefort, the Millau Viaduct, the Templar cities, the paths of St Jacques de Compostela, the Tarn gorges, the Lot valley. Villages classified as "most beautiful villages in France" Belcastel, Sauveterre, Najac and many paths for bucolic walks

Studio with an independent entrance adjoining my main residence is located 2 km from Rodez Cathedral (heart of the city center). It is equipped with a shower room, toilet, equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Free street parking is available (proximity depending on remaining spaces). The house is located in a quiet area of Rodez near the peaceful green site of Layoule (5 km walking trail along the Aveyron). The bed is made when you check-in.

We wanted to renovate our family home to bring it to life but also to share it. Our house is independent but we live nearby and we are available. It has a pretty, very sunny, secure inner courtyard that is not overlooked and is very suitable for children but also pets. Our charming little village of Naves is located 15 minutes from Rodez. Waterbody, leisure center 5 km away as well as all shops.
