Kenin's place is ideal if you're a nature lover or just looking for a quick getaway from the city. It is also suitable in case you have any pets, Kenin takes care of having an extra bed for that visit. Kenin was very attentive to the arrival and briefly described the house rules. Perhaps the only downsides is that you could only arrive by car or an interprovincial bus (airbnb is located on a road). The surroundings are usually dark at night and to sleep you hear the trucks go by, but it resolves with a couple of earplugs.

First Palmar is a very nice area in Ecuador, the beach is very nice , the people are very friendly, it has many grocery stores, the popular food is good, the road is very good. The house is excellent to spend with the family, it is very spacious, it has several cars to park, it has neighbors who help monitor the house, the neighborhood is quiet , the house has the necessary appliances in the kitchen , hammock, showers, grill, we really enjoyed a birthday with the whole family and we were all comfortable, there were quite a few places to sleep, the house is fresh and we found a speaker to hold the party. Highly recommended to go as a family with children , elderly people because the house does not have many stairs , and the hosts are very friendly and always looked out for our well-being

I really liked the place, everything was very comfortable and cozy. Pierina is very organized, so she helps you plan ahead for someone to help you clean and prepare food. You also have the guard's help for anything you need

Villa Cade is a very special place. New build lots of attention to details a short stroll to the beach and a 8-10 min walk to town (but you can walk along the beach too and get the breeze and it seems quicker). I would recommend a little bike rental from town. Ayampe is magical. Liza is very attentive and our stay was tremendous.

Beautiful beach house, my whole family enjoyed our stay and Lady was very nice and kind. We also got some extra cute gifts and traditional New Year’s Eve souvenirs. We loved our stay!

It is an incredible Spanish style villa located right on La Entrada beach. Amazing ocean view, spectacular sunsets, lovely pool area. We enjoyed cooking in a wooden oval oven as well as a very good BBQ. The two living in maids help us with everything.

A magical and romantic experience for any couple, or group small or large! We used the entire home for our family reunion and had an absolutely fabulous time playing in the pool, the jacuzzi, and the beach! The gorgeous ocean views and sea breeze were like a breath of fresh air to wake up to every morning. The stunning sunsets and lapping waves would lull us to sleep every night. The house was more than comfortable for our group of 17 guests, both within the bedrooms and out on the grounds. The home is meticulously kept and lawn as well as surrounding area very well manicured. The home provided us with everything we needed to live the beach life for a few days, including cooking pots and utensiles, beach towels, even a washer and dryer! There is a lovely local couple taking care of the home who were at our absolute beck and call if anything would need a kickstart or a fix. Safety - we felt utterly safe and comfortable in this neighborhood and in the home. We did not feel the need to lock up our possessions, although the more discerning traveler might choose to do so in the pin-operated safe provided. There is parking at the home if you're driving in. The local town of Monglaralto is right next door, and the famous Montañita is a short 5-minute drive away. We did not walk there, although we were told that it's a nice walk along the beach to Montañita. Also, Salinas and Puerto Lopez are close by. We took about a 1h15m trip to Salinas for a day at sea and we were quite happy with how close it felt to our headquarters. Overall, we would definitely recommend this comfortable and spacious home, and we look forward to visiting again soon!
