Excellent accommodation, good mattresses, air conditioning in very good condition, nice area of Pampatar, close to several restaurants, good nightclubs, Farmatodo, service stations and a central point to go to any of the beaches on the island. Maritza (The host), was in a class of her own, we were able to check in earlier and check out later, she was super attentive to us from when we got there until we left. 100% Recommended this place.

Emir and his wife took care of us very well... the house was perfect, they welcomed us with very nice details and they were always attentive to us, nothing was missing.

Outside of the excellent price they manage for such a property, coming back to that house brings me so many family memories. Since 2013 I am coming and continue to recommend the good treatment of the hosts and the follow-up of the owners. PEACE PEACE AND QUIET in a family atmosphere. Enrique’s Place was a fantastic stay for our trip to Margarita Island. The apartment is very centrally located — within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and other key spots, which made everything incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless and very well kept, offering plenty of space and comfort for our group of five. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evenings or enjoying a morning coffee. A special thanks to Neida, who was outstanding throughout our stay. She was responsive, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, we had an excellent time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Enrique’s Place to anyone planning a visit to Margarita. Excellent location. In front of the beach and one of the busiest areas on the island. Very good view from the apartment. The building and the apartment are very well maintained. It has no water problems. It's well-stocked with utensils. It's worth the stay there.

It was a pretty good experience. Just like at home, Mrs. Xiomara's excellent attention, the arrival was quite flexible and comfortable, I would come back and recommend it to my friends, easy access, well-kept common areas, safe, impeccable and quiet. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. Throughout the front of the CC Rattan, you can walk, by car everything is very close, go to the beach 5 to 10 minutes. Food kiosk around the corner. Convenient parking, A barbecue area, a lovely pool. A kiosk inside the same residence. The apartment is clean, with air conditioning, internet, cable. A coffee maker, a microwave, an electric stove, fairly complete kitchen utensils, glasses, to be comfortable throughout your stay. I'm grateful for the treatment and support they gave us. My stay in Micaela's apartment, from January 3rd to 9th, was simply wonderful. Blanca, the hostess, welcomed me with a warmth that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Her attention throughout my stay was impeccable, from check-in to check-out. The apartment, located in the CCM Shopping Center, offered all the necessary amenities: an equipped kitchen, fridge, closet and clean towels. In addition, the convenience store, pizzerias, and car and bike rental services within the same shopping mall were very convenient. Blanca, in addition to being an excellent host, gave me a small tour of the area, showing me how close La Vela Shopping Center was, one of the largest on the island. There I was able to enjoy a gym, shops and restaurants. What I valued most was the security of the place. The parking lot has 24-hour surveillance and the guards are extremely friendly and helpful.
