Great place

Jordan's place is extremely beautiful and peaceful. The villa is huge with great interiors. It's airy and is bright with lot of sunlight. The caretaker is very helpful. We were a group of 14 people and the villa was huge enough to accomodate us all. The long dining was the best part, as it also ended up becoming our discussion place on most nights. We liked the place so much that we ended up extending our stay here. That says it all.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

The bestest best place I have stayed in so far. The villa is soo pretty so beautiful and everything inside felt so peaceful and calm. the neat bedspreads, the clean washrooms, the big swimming pool, the spacious sitouts evrything is a 10/10. I should also not forget about the caretaker Mahendra bhaiya, the best caretaker, very friendly, very helpful at any time. RITUuuu your villa is the bestttt. loads of love and support to you. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. next time again when I am in goa with friends and family this would be my stay. ❤️

A Perfect Nature-Facing Getaway at La Luxo Villa, Goa I had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at La Luxo, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a beautifully designed villa facing the infinity pool—arched to perfection and tastefully done. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a large, well-maintained bathroom. The pool was crystal clear and inviting. What made the experience even more special was the serene location—it genuinely felt like I was in the midst of nature, peaceful and rejuvenating. The location was great—peaceful yet close enough to popular beaches, cafes, and nightlife spots. Our host was extremely warm, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended for couples, families, or groups looking for a premium and peaceful stay in Goa. Would definitely love to come back again!

We LOVED staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff is some of the best in the business. They communicated with us prior to the reservation and helped make my partners birthday super memorable. They actually went the extra mile to decorate and get us a cake. There is always someone around to help and answer our questions. I have never had a stay this peaceful and stress free. The property is so beautiful and well decorated. Stay here for a vacation that will be one you will remember for ever.

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

This place was simply amazing. Lots of space and a great area to be in. The family that cares for the place is super welcoming and kind. The pool and decor are also lovely.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

I’ve stayed here four times now, and each visit has been wonderful. The photos don’t do it justice—the property is even more impressive in person. The architecture is thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space. It’s always spotless, and the caretakers are incredibly helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place for a staycation. The property features a bar counter and a basement swimming pool with a music entertainment system, which added to the fun. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two of them including bathtubs. The top terrace room had an open-air bathroom, which was a unique and enjoyable touch. Both the host and the building caretaker, Nadeem, were always available and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay was for 4 days and the host, Mr.Rahul was very friendly and helpful to us. No interruption while our stay where i have seen few hosts who are cranky. The Villa was exactly as the photos shown. At Last, i loved the Stay Completely

My friends and I recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay at a fantastic Airbnb villa in Goa. Situated on the main road, the villa is new, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. Its prime location offered easy access to numerous nearby restaurants, making dining out a breeze. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any minor issues or queries we had. All amenities listed were available and functioning perfectly. The villa featured three spacious, comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. Our overall experience was excellent. The host's attentiveness and the villa's superb condition made our stay memorable. We felt welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. Had a wonderful stay at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos. Sakshi and the property manager, Akhilesh, were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Daily cleaning was provided upon request, and the service was consistently excellent. The pool was great and clean as well. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.
