Nestled in the heart of the Normandy countryside, the Little Cider Barn takes pride of place in the grounds of Appletree Hill gites, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy time together. Close to the historic town of Villedieu les Poeles, less than an hour from Mont St Michel, the D day beaches, just half an hour to some of the most spectacular coastline in lower Normandy.

The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Waterfront

Stay in the heart of nature, by the water, you will discover a cottage with a kitchen area, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet. A covered terrace is also accessible to guests. For fishermen, the pond is populated with carp and white amur (no-kill fishing). On 10 hectares, you will discover a fish farm, 5 ponds, as well as a bar area and local products. We are 1 hr 15 min from Caen and Mont Saint-Michel, 30 minutes from the landing beaches...

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Ideal for families, the cottage can accommodate 4 people.   On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, wood-burning stove. You stay in an atypical place, at the foot of the customs trail, and enjoy a sea view. The Kabanon is located on our property, a few steps from the house. The Park's Tiny House

Ideally located 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, in an idyllic and bucolic setting, come and discover the Tiny de Parc. Immersed in nature, we promise you an unforgettable stay. Fully equipped, this small house will meet all your needs. The 60h du Parc offers a 1.5-hour walk where you will discover its remarkable trees, animals, fishing pond and many other surprises that you will not soon forget. All photos are taken in the area.

Welcome to our charming 25 m² wooden studio "Le Petit Chalet de la Plage" carefully decorated. Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail beach, this self-catering home offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on private land where our family house is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.

The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.
