You'll love it!!! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and stylish place to stay overlooking the beautiful Rio Negro. We are 5 minutes from the Airport, 15 minutes from downtown Manaus and 3 minutes from Ponta Negra Beach, the noblest area of Manaus. There are 2 bedrooms, parking, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a wonderful leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area, fitness center and kids space. The owner owns a speedboat and a private tour can be arranged directly with him.

Wonderful Flat, we experience very happy moments in the New Year period, with a view of the fireworks on the beach , we will surely return at the next opportunity. We had minor problems with the coffee maker and hot water, but we used the kettle and the water was a matter of the hotel's boiler that was solved later. In addition, everything was wonderful, host always responded quickly, very attentive, the best place in Manaus to stay.

A large window offers a stunning view of the water and sky at sunset, with colorful hues reflecting on the surface. White curtains frame the window, enhancing the serene atmosphere of the space.

Sr Francisco is extremely attentive and has met all the demands. Ap very well located, very good and secure condominium. I would like to stay again, I recommend it.

The host Sérgio is very helpful and easy to communicate with, he always responded quickly. The apartment was very clean and organized, everything prepared with great attention for our reception, provided basic kitchen supplies (oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices), as well as cleaning and bathroom supplies. The apartment was very complete, with a washing machine, clotheslines, iron and ironing board, air-conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linens for use and a couple more sets as reserves. The television easily accessed Netflix. The location of the apartment is very good, with an unobstructed view of the avenue and also of the pool area and soccer field, very good for us who went with children, who were able to go down alone and quickly made numerous friends in the condominium, which is even quite safe and has various services, such as a beauty salon and a 24-hour food and beverage shop. The vehicle's garage is covered and easy to access. Nothing but praise, we'd be happy to come back.

Excellent accommodation for those staying in Manaus. There are many facilities around and it is very close to Torquato Tapajós, which takes you to any part of the city. Everything matched what was advertised in the app. If you're over 1.90, it's a little tricky when it comes to bathing, but it's just a detail for everything the hostess offers.

A well-lit living area features a spacious bed and a comfortable gray sofa. A small dining table with two green chairs is positioned beside a large window, offering a view of the water and distant landscape. Soft natural light fills the space.

We chose the flat for its location, a few years ago I stayed at the Tropical hotel and returning to the flat to admire the view and the sunset was a little nostalgic. Location close to the airport and the sambadrome, which allowed us to attend a rehearsal of the Parintins show.
