Great place to stay for small families. Comfortable and safe place with a gated entrance.

We had the pleasure of staying at La Giralda. The view was amazing and everything is just as described. It’s a great place to take a step back, relax and enjoy nature. The monkeys and the birds greeted us every morning. We also saw a bat, a couple of cool squirrels and cicadas. Luis really went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and was super attentive to my family and I. Always willing to help and extremely friendly. There’s no doubt we will be staying at La Giralda again.

Don Gilberto is an excellent host, his apartments are in a central and privileged area in the capital Managua, the apartments have everything you need and make you feel like you are in your own home.

Our stay was great. It is a place that complies with everything it offers.. Don Ricardo and his wife doña Karla and their children are too warm, make one feel like at home. I recommend it a thousand x thousand .. it is a place that is very centrally located, impeccable facilities. The location is perfect, these are close to supermarkets, shopping centers and easy access to public transport. Victor gave me a private parking lot near the apartment, which was magnificent. The apartment has a garden where you can and was perfect for enjoying the sunset and working a bit there. Victor always responded quickly to my messages. I loved everything.

Mirian's place is centrally located, safe and clean. Dona Maria, the administrator, will be available 24/7 if you need assistance. I absolutely recommend booking this place when you visit Nicaragua. Thank you, Ms. Mirian and Ms. Maria.

Staying at Casa Alma during our vacation in Nicaragua made our trip that much more enjoyable. The house is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. It's located in a more secluded area which was exactly what we wanted. Roxana is an excellent host and always responded in a timely manner. We look forward to booking Casa Alma for our next trip!

Nice comfortable stay

In the future when I need to stay in Managua I will be staying here again. Its a nice peaceful place in the city. Ricardo was also very helpful with changes and I greatly appreciated that.

We had reserved the house for one night and we ended up extending our stay for two more nights, everything was excellent the staff was very helpful and very responsive. The pool table was a big Plus!! We will be coming back soon!!

If I could leave 7 stars I would! It’s more perfect than the pictures can show! Ural is an angel and this stay was an amazing staple in the trip! Won’t forget this and would come back if I came back through!

I've liked nearly all of the Airbnb places I've stayed at, but Michael's is very special in being not only just a place to stay – which is usually what you're looking for – but also a life experience. In the first place it's a farm all right, but nothing like what you ordinarily imagine a farm to be. Also, the mango trees constituting the farm are in a second field out to the back, so what the guest experiences is actually not the farm but – aside from the guest house, which is very attractively and comfortably fixed up – the roadside foodie operation manned by a substantial extended-family collective of Nicaraguans living on the property, with a charmingly personable Ukrainian student named Anton serving as the main chef, turning out exceptionally fresh plates of a regional Nicaraguan dish called a güirila, which you really should stop by and try even if you don't stay there. Michael himself is a fascinating person you'd want to know in any event, but rather than going into his personality I'll stick with the place and highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area. I'd say backpackers should stop over on their way to the lagoon (which they can reach from Michael's via bus or taxi), while people with cars might consider staying there for their whole time at Apoyo, unless they really want to overnight down on the water, or can't get by with the personal hotspot on their phone for Internet access.

Maria was the kindest host. The place was serene and gorgeous- we felt right at home. She recommended the best restaurants in Managua and even Granada. The place was just as listed. Quiet at night, easy to locate, decorated with impeccable taste. We will definitely be back. Many thanks!

It is a very spacious, bright, clean, and organized place. The sector is very quiet, with restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. I felt very comfortable at all times, they were aware of me, they gave me recommendations and help, very useful. My experience was excellent, extremely recommended that they host here.
