Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. We usually have a dog living with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

Walking distance to the city center, 5 min to train and bus and Solsidens selection of restaurants and shops. Cozy apartment, good standard. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood Well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances. Ensuite bedroom with made up double bed. Sofa bed in living room. New modern bathroom. Towels available. Fjord view with gorgeous sunsets. Private furnished patio. Private parking space. 16 minutes drive to Trondheim city center, 23 minutes to Værnes. Bus stop 10 min away. New apartment of 55 m2 with two bedrooms. Balanced ventilation. Thermostat in all rooms. Spacious double beds (180 cm width) in both bedrooms. Sofa bed with a width of 140 cm can be raised up to one or two people in addition. Sea view and exit to garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with playground and walking areas close by. Short walk to the shop and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to downtown.
