It's a one-floor, 1500 sq ft and sleeps a very comfortable 6 adults with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths and a pull-out queen sofa. There is a Camper (for the kids) that sleeps a comfortable 4-6. Less discuss rate. 3 Kayaks, Tubes, a Paddle Board, and Bikes (kids and adults) ARE INCLUDED. Lambertville is 4 miles on the trail. Pets are welcome
