Vacation rentals with beach access in Maluku Islands

I've been here for 3 weeks, and I loved my stay! Everything was fine and if there was anything I could message her and they responded right away. Will definitely be back here! And definitely recommended for others

We stayed at Fera’s place for 4 nights, and it was just great! The property is a bit out of town, in the green and close to the sea. This means it is quiet and peaceful, a very nice surprise after weeks of noisy nights. Fera and her husband prepared delicious meals for us everyday at a very reasonable price. We rented their scooter, which was nice to go around during the day. We were also working remotely part of the time, and it was very smooth, with good, stable wifi throughout. We loved the time we spent here!

We spent 1 week at John's place and really enjoyed ourselves because the view was amazing. There was also lots of eateries nearby. My favorite was SONDO | MISOA BAR where the beef meesuah was the best. We also took a walk to the nearby market Pasar Bahu and had nasi kuning there. John was helpful with information on Manado as well as flexible with the check in and check out time. We had to place a cash deposit with him which he graciously agreed allowed us to use our own local currency as we didn't want to return with too much Indonesian Rupiah at the end of our trip. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We had such an awesome stay at this place! The house is gorgeous, the view from the front veranda was epic, and the staff are super lovely and helpful. Amanda was a super helpful and responsive host as well - gave great advice and generously gave us access to an extra room during our stay. Make sure to read all of the notes in full: The whole description is accurate, including the beautiful place and delicious food but also the notes on early morning noise from the call to prayer, the church, the roosters and the primary school across the road. But if you want gorgeous views, comfortable, spotless and well-designed surroundings, and a friendly village vibe, go ahead and book, you won’t do better on Bunaken :)

Beautiful place, amazing view close to the water and a shop at 5 min walking, amazing host 🌊 safe space to park your motorbike, downstairs you have always people present who answer your questions and help you out. There is a pool on the 15th floor which is also pretty amazing. Just be aware there is no WiFi connection, I didn't read this well( my own fault) and it got a bit stressy with work. also, be aware that somehow the 4G signal in the building ( or Manado?) is not so strong if you want to do video calling would def recommend!

We recently spent two nights at Kia Homestay and can't recommend it enough! Neni and Saleh, our wonderful hosts, went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They helped organize transportation and arranged a fantastic tour of the area. The meals were absolutely delicious, and we especially enjoyed dining with a stunning beach view. What sets Kia Homestay apart is Neni and Saleh's dedication to educational and environmental projects. It was inspiring to hear about their involvement in such meaningful initiatives. We're already looking forward to returning soon!

The place is exceptional for snorkeling. I spent a week of "madness" with turtles, sharks and hundreds of aquatic species. Very good food and in quantity. The site also does Diving, with an instructor (Gérard in French) who speaks little English but he knows his job. It's rigorous. Unfortunately, it was difficult to agree on diving trips (not very clear... and even a little more expensive than elsewhere). I wish I had 1 or 2 more dives. There is a real adjoining village, but few activities. Accessible forest (but nothing is made for that, small trails not very accessible) and an old path a little stoned (by the sea and forest) to go from one side of the island to the other. But overall, I really had a good time there (very few tourists during my week).
