Vacation rentals with a patio in Malmö

In one of the prettiest corners of Lund old town this single room apartment is within walking distance to everything and provides a place to relax in between sightseeing. Mats was welcoming and always responsive. The fragrance of roses and peonies flowering in the garden was memorable.

Otroligt trevligt och praktiskt litet kryp in i centrala Lund. Området är pittoreskt och det ser ut som något man skulle kunna haft på ett vykort. Oscar var trevlig och hjälpsam och hade förberett allt på ett smidigt sätt så att allt flöt på bra. Kan varmt rekommendera om man vill vara en kortare vistelse i Lund och ha nära till det mesta och samtidigt bo väldigt fint!

Alles perfekt. Tolle Unterkunft so wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Gerne bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder bei Maria in Sjöstorp

Die Unterkunft bietet sich sehr gut an, wenn man nicht zentral in Malmö übernachten möchte. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 25 Minuten sowohl in Malmö als auch in Lund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; alles ist sauber, modern und neu. Charlie und Johanna sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und total freundlich! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden fall weiter.

Ett riktigt mysigt boende! Mannen och jag trivdes gott med en härligt skön säng (något hård för mig men utmärkt för honom) och fluffiga, mjuka sängkläder så vi sov så gott. I hallen när man kommer in, finns även mikro, vattenkokare och en kyl med frysfack - perfekt för frukost och enkel middag på resande fot. Även kaffe, te och lite annat finns att använda. Vi hade med en kylväska för maten och kylklamparna fick plats utan problem i frysfacket. Vi var där i december för att hälsa på familj, under sommarhalvåret kan man verkligen njuta av omgivningarna och närheten till havet, så vi kommer gärna tillbaka till sommaren :) Det är enkelt att hitta och Annas instruktioner är enkla att följa. Man parkerar utanför häcken som syns väl när man kommer körande. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende!

Everything was very clean and well laid out. The host met us and showed us in. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood.

Copenhagen is a very cool city, and Ricki’s garden apartment is a very cool place to stay in that city. The apartment is airy and spacious and a perfect size for two people. A well-appointed kitchen is the highlight, but there’s a peaceful courtyard, and also a table and chairs in the front yard too! From the front door into a very quiet residential street, then only a few steps around the corner for a choice of bakeries in the morning. From there you can grab a bike to explore the city, or a short walk to both Metro and train stations.

Cissi was very kind and made us feel welcome. She always responded quickly to our messages. The apartment was cozy, clean and the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable, too! It had a cute outdoor spot which we enjoyed and we were easily able to walk back and forth to central Lund (10 min.). Grocery store just across the road (open until 10pm) .

Min dotter, våra hundar och jag var väldigt nöjda med boendet. Mysigt ställe med en toppenbra värd 🤗 väldigt smidigt då vi kom sent och åkte tidigt. Tack!

What an amazing spot! Perfect place to just relax, enjoy the surroundings and be at peace. The house is huge with lots of room, great kitchen to make meals. Every morning and night there were lots of animals in the yard, perfect for some photography. This house is definitely what Swedish summers in Skåne means to me. Astrid was very helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wunderbare Unterkunft, schöne ruhige Gegend. Falls großes Gepäck vorhanden ist, Mietwagen empfehlenswert, nächste Bushaltestelle ca. 15 min Fußweg entfernt. Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Vermieterin. Ausstattung der Küche prima, sodass wir uns problemlos selbst versorgen und kochen konnten. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes, stilvoll und vor allem top gepflegtes kleines Häuschen, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Håkan hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus sowie den Gastgeber besten Gewissens weiter.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und war bei unserer Ankunft sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Für unsere Gruppe von 6 Personen war ausreichend Platz vorhanden, sodass wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Anbindung ist ebenfalls hervorragend – die Bahn Station ist in gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was uns sehr flexibel gemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Frederik war stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, liebevoll eingerichtet und traumhafte Lage am Meer. Marianne und Oscar waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen, vielen Dank!

Nettes kleines Häuschen mit einer tollen Terasse, direkt an der Pferdekoppel. Check In war ohne Probleme, Kommunikation ebenfalls. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Check In mit Schlüsselbox und genau Informationen. Man konnte auch was aus eigener Herstellung kaufen, Honig und Salz. Danke Catharina

A lovely basement apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Copenhagen.Beamed ceilings, comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with luxury toiletries supplied and a quiet garden space to the rear where you can meet the cats and rabbits.Beautifully decorated , it is such a cosy and welcoming place to come back to after a day in the city. It is also extremely conveniently situated for the bus stop from the airport and for the journey into the centre. Thank you Helle, for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic central location near Subway and bus services. Spacious and clean and very homely. Our host Mads was fantastic - friendly and responsive. Meeting Mads on arrival was great as we had a personal tour of the apartment and great restaurant recommendations. On arrival milk in fridge with butter and all herbs and spices for cooking. All in all an excellent stay.

Mein Sohn und ich haben 5 Tage in Amys Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke genau richtig. Es gibt zwei separate Zimmer mit wirklich guten Betten. So hatte jeder seinen eigenen Bereich. Der zentrale Aufenthaltsraum neben einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit einem großen - von uns viel genutzten - Tisch ist großzügig und einladend angelegt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und hat einen schön gestalteten Innenhof. Für uns war das meiste gut zu Fuß erreichbar, aber es gibt auch Busse in der Nähe. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Beigetragen dazu hat auch, dass Amy jederzeit für Nachfragen gut erreichbar war.

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment. The location and views were amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host provided many brochures, maps and a cute welcome sign. We appreciated so much that she had laundry soap available for us to wash our clothes. The host responded immediately to all questions. Definitely will stay here again.

El departamento es perfecto ! Gran ubicacion, el Espacio amplio, impecable, con todo lo necesario, es exactamente como se ve en las fotos . David is a very nice and responsive host. We were there for 3 nights and we love the stay. The place was very clean and comfortable, although the space was not the biggest, we think there’s enough space for 4 adults for a good sleep. It offers a good location as well. Not forget to mention this place is well-equipped with everything you need - for cooking and laundry. Overall very recommended! 💯

We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad hier! De ruimte is echt prachtig, overal stonden verse bloemen en alles was mooi en schoon. Ook de bereikbaarheid met het openbaar vervoer is goed geregeld. Camilla communiceert erg snel en is erg behulpzaam! Enige opmerking is dat ik het prettig had gevonden om te weten dat er ook eigen spullen aanwezig zijn in de ruimte. Voor ons geen probleem maar wel goed om te weten bij het boeken. Heel erg bedankt voor jullie goede zorgen Camilla en Stephan en het fijne contact. Wie weet tot snel! 🫶🏼🍓🇩🇰🥨

Really enjoyed our stay at Tomas’s place. Very comfortable, amazing views, quiet and very roomy. Easy to get to public transportation. Tomas is super friendly and very responsive. Has a great deck to enjoy the water views. Great coffee shop and Italian wine bar within 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend!
