Real villa feel so close to the Ipoh city. The place is cleaned and well maintained with lots of amenities. Good for big families. Pool is amazing. They had a dining table that converts to a pool and ping pong table, an arcade console and a karaoke set with mics, more than enough to keep all of us entertained! 😊

I believe this is one of the best place i've stayed in Malaysia. The house was aesthetically designed making it feel so warm and cosy and it seriously felt like home. I wish i could stay longer but time was not being nice. Totally recommend to stay here for a day or two to explore Ipoh.

With 4 well-furnished rooms, it comfortably accommodates a big group — ideal for family gatherings, weddings, or trips with friends. Facilities are fully equipped — complete kitchen setup. Everyone had something to enjoy, whether it was chilling in the common area or playing games together. We stayed here for 2 days, and it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, comfy, and well-thought-out space for your next group trip! Jason and his mom were very responsive and helpful ❤️

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Helen's place! We went on an impromptu trip to Ipoh after a busy work period to unwind and find some peace and everything was what we hoped for. The homestay was a quiet respite from the city center of Ipoh, but it was not difficult or far to get to the happening places in town. It was also very close to a slew of coffeeshops which offered all the local fare one hopes to find in Ipoh. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and most importantly, comfortable. We all slept very well every night, and the AC was such a relief from the heat. The bathroom was great too, with adjustable water pressure and temperature. The living room area was spacious as well, giving us a lot of room to organize ourselves. Walking out of the gate every day and seeing mountains just beyond the houses is such a nice sight for us Singaporeans. There's also a beautiful collection of flowers and plants at the front yard. Overall, 10/10 recommend!!

the only thing is there is no aircond at the living hall. other than that it was all good .

Jenice’s house is the best, clean, spacious and she provides with loads of games and activities. The house location is also strategic, only 15-20mins to town. Will definitely booked again next time ☺️

Foong Har was a very responsive host, friendly and flexible. She allowed us to check in early. The house was clean, spacious and great location to the many food outlets in the area. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, but all in all, no complaints. The cuckoo water dispenser is a big plus! We would highly recommend anyone to stay.

Plus, there’s a grocery store just 100 meters away, which made stocking up on essentials incredibly easy. Host: Mr. Zuhri, the host, was excellent. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Accommodations: The homestay offered great accommodations. All the rooms were air-conditioned and very comfortable, providing a perfect escape from the heat. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return next time. This homestay ticks all the boxes for a great getaway!

Strategically located near Aeon and City centre. Quiet and peaceful environment . Clean and well maintained, suitable and safe for children too . Huge room and bed , will revisit again in future

It's my second time staying here this year. The place is clean and spacious, makes staying here feels like home. Large spaces for group activities in the living area.

The place looks exactly like the photos, which was a great start! The location is very convenient—just 10-15 minutes from most tourist spots, including the airport. Getting around was easy with Grab, and the fares were super affordable (most of our rides were just RM5, with a maximum of RM10). The host was responsive and friendly, even allowing us to extend our stay so we didn’t have to linger around before our evening flight. A couple of things to note: there are quite a few stray dogs around the estate, and we found fresh poop right in front of the gate every day—just something to be aware of! Also, each room only has one power outlet, which made it a bit tricky to charge devices or use a hairdryer. We had seen previous reviews mentioning weak or no WiFi coverage, so we checked with the host, and it seems to have been resolved. We tested it during our stay, and the connection was fast, strong, and stable. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Clean and spacious home stay located in the center of ipoh and accessible to food/attractions/mall etc. Owner is fast in response as well. Recommended :)
