Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a ladder. Elegant apartment consisting of a kitchen equipped with a TV, a large living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV, a spacious hallway, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). The apartment is located in Tarvisio Città (center), a beautiful and quiet location with a shared garden and parking. The ski slopes are a five-minute walk away, close to the bike path, the bus station is a five-minute walk away and the train station (2 km).

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.
