The apartment is very bright and quiet. It has a spacious living/dining room. With wifi connection via ADSL, TV with Netflix. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, oven and dishwasher. A separate room with a full bathroom built in. In addition, you have an extra toilet. The building does not have an elevator. The apartment does not have common areas The house already belonged to my great-grandfather, so I know the neighborhood and the whole city very well! Any questions you have can be resolved. The apartment is located on the same street where Cervantes and Lope de Vega lived.
