Nice apartment great location

Orbi block D2 is the most spacious and modern. You come in, and you already like the beginning of the check-in. Since the trip was not only for rest,but also for work,it was important for me to have a work surface. There are two extra tables for such purposes - this is a big plus. You can comfortably work on your laptop. Only in this apartment from Orbi I saw a large coffee maker, if you are with a company,you can brew at once - it saves time! Clean,cozy,quiet. Especially I want to say thank you for the care for the guests - in the bedroom there is an extra closet for things and suitcases. There is also the option to turn on a quiet lighting mode near the bed - there is LED lighting, which makes the room ultra-modern, you can relax your eyes. There is always water and tea, so you don't have to think about it in the first hours of your stay. I recommend it.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

Stayed with a friend in this apartment, everything went just great! Very kind, responsive host who responded very quickly and resolved our issues. Finding the apartment is very easy, the location is excellent, and the view from the balcony is a separate beauty! Especially at sunset. The apartments themselves are clean, beautiful and there is everything you need, from the kitchen to the washing machine. We were very satisfied! I recommend to everyone♥️

We absolutely loved the wonderful view from the room, there were enough towels, hangers and other accessories, everything worked properly. We are happy with everything, if we are in Batumi, we will return to these apartments again!

An excellent and stylish apartment with impeccable cleanliness! The host is very thoughtful and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. Stunning views of the sea and park create an incredible atmosphere. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, everything is within reach. Highly recommend!

We loved this house! It is close to all the amenities, to the grocery store, to the boardwalk and kids’ parks, yet it is extremely private with lots of room for the kids to play inside and outside in the yard and to have intimate family dinners outside. Our family of 8 (mom, dad, 4 children and grandparents) had more than enough room. The best part of the stay though was our warm, helpful and welcoming hostess. We are so thankful to have found this place and will forever cherish precious family memories made here.

Wonderful place to stay away from the congestion of city. We enjoyed the peaceful place and quiet atmosphere. Beach was always accessible

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

Gela’s place is situated high above the sea and thus provides a great view you never get tired of. At three same time the sea is just 5 minutes walk. The apartment is clean and convenient. Gela is a very nice host, always eager to help

We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to our friends. The location is peaceful, with beautiful sea views. The owners are very kind and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Marina for the hospitality. Stayed with my wife for two weeks. A great bright studio with a new renovation. The apartment is suitable for short term stay and vacation. Gorgeous sea view. There is everything you need. Nearby is the sea, fitness, restaurants, supermarkets. There is no noise from the street thanks to the high floor and good windows. One of the downsides. This is the new house and many neighbors are doing repairs. Typically, noise starts closer to 9am and may continue intermittently until midnight. There were a few days when one of the neighbors decided to do the furniture in the middle of the night, but not for long.

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

The apartment is quite satisfied. Apartment near the construction site. In front of the windows there is a faucet to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

It was my first time booking with Airbnb and I had a wonderful stay at Pavel’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is especially perfect for a relaxing visit. And I also want to highlight Pavel’s communication. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how attentive and welcoming he was. He is definitely the SUPER HOST!! Great, clean and very cozy apartment. There is everything you need to live like home. There is a private residential area with a swimming pool and a children's playground. There is also a secure parking space for cars.
