Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Jessica’s place is the perfect stay for families staying in the Cincinnati area. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The place had everything we needed for a long weekend. The area is very walkable with great restaurants and bike paths/walking paths near by. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again with my family! We were within walking distance of everything we needed to be, and it was such a cute apartment that had everything we needed! I was nervous traveling by myself this time, but Linda’s place was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in a lovely area (Loveland, OH) and I immediately felt safe and at home there. There was a tornado watch during my stay and despite the late hour, Linda was VERY responsive and helpful. Not only was she very responsive, she was generous with supplies like toilet paper, laundry supplies, and dishwasher needs. I did not cook while there so I can’t speak to the kitchen equipment, but the bed was comfortable, the heat and air (I used both) worked great, there was the cutest little play area if my grandkids were older, and the furniture was nice to relax in. I would love to stay here again.
