Doug's home took me back to the houses of my child hood: efficient use of space, beautiful hardwood, practical. I felt like I was in the homes of my elderly neighbours, or my elder aunts and uncles. It was a time capsule to a pragmatic, sensible time. Can't wait to go back.

This is a lovely place to stay - we were in Antigonish for convocation, but were all wishing that we could have spent a few more days hanging out and exploring more of the trail system which really is just outside the door! We did get out one afternoon for a great walk and for nature lovers, we hunted for woodcocks and spring peeper frogs (such a symphony every night)! Chris was a great host and checked in with us regularly during our stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for nature yet convenient access to Antigonish.

Brendan's place was super cute. Gorgeous views and location. Exactly as advertised. there was a helpful information binder. Brendan was responsive and helpful when I had questions. I would definitely recommend and stay again if opportunity arises!
