We had a wonderful time at this place. The host was always available on calls and instructed everything really well. Humble, soft spoken, Such a great person the host is. Most important part is the Jacuzzi is available anytime and you get privacy at your place. The Nearest Beach from the stay is Kihim Beach. Also the food here was good, although a bit expensive. Everything is as the description says. overall, Complete 5 stars for the stay and 10 stars for the host 😄.

this is one of the best places to stay near karjat and Matheran. Although we stayed in Summer weather, I am absolutely sure that the property is much better in rainy and winter season. food was tasty and healthy. swimming pool and cat was cute. huge space inside.. can accommodate huge groups easily. difficult to maintain.

Location is amazing. Ahsaan made sure the place was ready and also allowed early check in. The meals were prepared as promised. the pool is clean and property is very well maintained. the attendant Mr Anil was courteous and very helpful.

Absolutely stellar stay! Our Airbnb in Aurangabad exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated and impeccably clean space. The hosts had clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, providing all the amenities we could possibly need, and more. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the Ellora caves, as well as local markets and restaurants. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and safe, allowing for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful tips and recommendations for our trip. They were always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place was spacious and well-lit, with comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen.

Nestled at the bottom of a long quiet driveway under the trees, Amrit's house could not bear a better name than "Serenity"! The house is quite charming, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated and well kept. The garden has a real, spacious lawn and a beautiful, pristine clean, swimming-pool, big enough for a swim. It is surrounded by many plants, flowers and trees that bring shade over half of the garden. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, the house was kept clean at all time despite us having 2 babies and a dog. The food was good and we enjoyed our meals way more in the cosiness of the house and the garden so we ended up having more meals at home than expected. It took us a little less than 1 hour to reach from Mandwa jetty which makes it very convenient to reach from Bombay. I strongly recommend and I will visit again.

Great place to spend with friends as well as family. Property was much more cozy than seen in photos. The overall property area is pretty big - around 5.5 acres, and it's completely ours when we book this Villa, hence great privacy despite of always busy and crowded pawna lake area. The care taker was very humble and polite. The food that he and his wife cooked was lip-smacking. Overall very happy and felt worth spending the amount here. Will definitely visit many more times 🥳

I booked this place for what was an extremely important trip for me and my friends. So we were looking for some place peaceful, memorable and hospitable. To our delight, this property turned out to be all that and much more. Initially, the listing looked too good to be true, especially at the price it was offered. Still I decided to take the leap and made the booking for our long awaited holiday. I'm glad I decided to do that. Right from when I made the booking to the moment we checked out, Rohit, the host, was readily available for any help or assistance. He made sure we had all the details we needed regarding the location, itinerary, cuisines, etc. A big reason for this trip's success was Rohit's impressive hospitality and warmth. The property itself is a great bungalow with two very well designed and equipped rooms, a well groomed lawn and a beautiful terrace. Although a bit remote, the location was easy to find and navigate to. Being right next to the Sula backwaters and vineyards, this is a great location to have peaceful time between open farms and a view of mountains and lakes. The rooms were squeaky clean, exceeding our expectations and had all the amenities mentioned in the listing. However, the show stealer has to be the terrace, which apart from being very well designed, offers a breathtaking view and a sunset to die for. This is something one would otherwise have to pay a lot more for. I'd also especially like to mention the impeccable service provided by the caretakers at the property. They ensured all our needs were catered to and were a big reason why we had a wonderful stay. Their service was nothing short of what one would expect from a luxury hotel. Overall the whole experience offered great value and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who may consider staying here.

We actually felt right at home. It was the way shown in picture. And the caretaker were so humble so down to earth n polite. Would actually love to visit again. Food cooked by caretakers were tasty. Overall great deal for money n nice stay.

Had the most amazing experience at the property. The swimming pool was the highlight of the stay. Saujanya is a very friendly host and will help you with everything to ensure your comfort. The food was just amazing. Nilesh bhaiya is really friendly and helpful and made the most homely dishes with great taste.

The views were nothing short of spectacular, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and awe-inspiring nature. DO GO FOR THE TREK IN THE PROPERTY. The cottage itself was just as wonderful. It was exactly as described in the listing, if not even more delightful in person. Every corner of the space was thoughtfully designed to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The decor was cozy and tasteful and simple with touches of local craftsmanship and natural materials that perfectly complemented the mountainous backdrop. The terrace was the highlight for us - spent most of the time there. House is clean and tidy. In rains, we had few light outages but host had mentioned about it We ate at nearby restaurants but kitchen was well equipped. Peaceful place with nice lake views.

It was a pleasure to meet Tasneem & feel so welcomed in the peaceful, breezy fishing community in the heart of Bandra. The view of the sea is incredible, the stay was very comfortable. Commuting to every part of Mumbai is relatively easy from there, rickshaws are plenty. The neighborhood has lots of food joints & restaurants as well. Can see myself returning here sooner than later, hopefully. :)

The Colonels cottage is a cozy place located in the hills of Mulshi. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The host is extremely professional and very responsive to all your queries. The caretakers Vijay dada and Mohini tai were very hospitable and professional in their work. Both of them made sure that all needs were taken care of. Special thanks to Mohini tai for making us feel at home. The place is located in a gated community so it’s safe and the roads are in good condition as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful vacation close to nature There is a duck and a dog who are super adorable.

My recent stay at Chipmunk Cottage in Mumbai was an absolutely delightful experience, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The moment you step off the ceaseless rush on Mumbai streets and into the bungalow's compound, you're immediately enveloped in a blissful silence. One is transported to a peaceful, almost beach-like setting, this unexpected tranquility is a rare find. Done in minimalist design, aesthetic & functional, making it an easy & comfortable. The well-made kitchen counter especially stood out, with thoughtful attention to detail. They've created an easy & intuitive living space Location: all the essentials – supermarkets and pharmacies, Cafes & bars are 5 mins of walking distance. What truly elevates the experience is the host& the interior designer. They are Delightfully accommodating & helpful with requests, making you feel genuinely cared for throughout your stay. I'm already looking forward to my next chance to stay at Chipmunk Cottage. It's a true gem!
