Within 10 mins of Milford (Bayhealth Sussex, Walmart, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). 15 mins: DE Turf, Milton, breweries. 20-30 mins: Bowers Bch, Pickering Bch, Sports at the Bch, Dover & Georgetown, theaters & casinos. 30-45 mins: other beaches and outlets. 15 minutes from Dover Nearby casinos, beaches, and the racetrack. Bowers and Slaughter beaches are about 10-15 mins from us, whereas, the major beaches like Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey are 45mins to an hour from us. We are 5 mins from Highway 1 and located 15 mins from DE Sports Complex 10 mins from Highway 13 (Dupont Ave) Near the mall, casino, racetrack, shopping, and many restaurants. Killens Pond State Park is a 10 min drive. Harrington Casino the Del. State Fair is 15 mins from us.

Welcome to the Barn. It can host up to 4 guests. The bedroom is private with a queen size bed, a closet and a tv. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed. The living room tv can be enjoyed throughout as the space is open. Step out onto the porch and enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the horses throughout the day. The barn is only 35 miles to the beaches and only 12 miles to DE Turf. Within 1 mile you will find stores, dog parks and playgrounds.

This centrally located, clean, 2nd floor apartment in our home is the perfect place to rest. Features very large bedroom with a new king bed with a hybrid mattress, and spacious living room with a queen size pull out couch. Well equipped kitchen with toaster oven, electric skillet, countertop burner, microwave, and coffee makers. Only 3 mi. to DE Turf, 15 mi. to Dover, and 30 mi. to the beaches! There are open stairs, so not appropriate for small children. Well-behaved pets welcome.

Charming home close to the DE Truf fields and 40 minutes to the Delaware beaches, Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. This charming house is two main bedrooms and bath on the second floor. Check in information was sent well before our arrival and Brenda has a nice book with recommendations for out of town guests. Location is very close to the DE Turf fields. Will stay again if we have another tournament at the DE Turf complex.

The screened-in patio features a wooden floor and is furnished with a small rectangular table and four chairs. Greenery is visible outside, creating a natural view. Sunlight filters through the screens, creating a bright and open space for relaxation.

Amazing stay! Traveled to Dover for a family wedding & figured rather than book at a hotel and be restricted to one room, why not book a house. Found Nicole’s listing and it was perfect! First night there was a light storm and the sun room off the back made it very enjoyable and peaceful. Nicole sent recommendations for eating & the two we went to (US 13 grill & Hollywood Diner) were so good.

Very clean, well stocked and exactly as described and in pictures. Host was super responsive including our requests on day of checkout making our stay for a lax tourn all the more convenient. Would definitely stay when in the area.

Had a great stay at Vinnie’s place. Very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole stay. Place was beautiful and relaxing. Brought our dog with and he loved walking on the beach. If you’re looking for quiet, but the ability to go down to Lewes or Rehoboth on a short drive this is the place! We will definitely be back!
