The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

It is found on the upper floor of our vacation home in the coastal settlement of Marathos in Magnesia, about 10 km from the city of Volos and just 100-150m from the nearest beach.
