Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο και πεντακάθαρο! Όπως ακριβώς φαινόταν κ στις φωτογραφίες. Η Αναστασία πολύ ευγενική & εξυπηρετική. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για πρωινό και καφέ. Η αυλή κ η θέα ήταν πανέμορφη. Πολύ σημαντικό το οτι υπήρχε ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και ακόμη πιο σημαντικό το οτι επιτρέπονται τα κατοικίδια. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Είναι ακριβώς οπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες κ από κοντά ακόμη καλύτερο. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω!!!

Este o situatie mai rar intalnita ,in care realitatea este chiar superioara fotografiilor.Locatia este chiar pe malul marii si ofera o priveliste de vis.Casa este amenajata cu gust,curata si dotata cu absolut totul pt.o sedere placuta si confortabila.Drumul de acces este frumos prin livada de maslini si curtea ingrijita si frumos amenajata.Gazda noastra a fost f.draguta,prietenos si a avut grija de toate amanuntele.Daca doriti priveliste deosebita,mare,liniste,relaxare si maslini,aici este locul perfect. Multumim frumos pt clipele de vis petrecute aici.

Το σπίτι είναι κεντρικότατο και ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρο και τακτοποιημένο. Αν είσαι τυχερός με το πάρκινγκ και αφήσεις το αυτοκίνητο κοντά γλιτώνεις περπάτημα καθώς δεν επιτρέπεται η διέλευση αυτοκινήτων κάτω από το σπίτι. Υπάρχουν τριγύρω τα πάντα από μαγαζιά. Εμπορικά, καφέ, ζαχαροπλαστεία τσιπουράδικα και ότι χρειαστείς είναι δίπλα σου. Ο κύριος Γιάννης είναι άριστος οικοδεσπότης, εξυπηρετικός και κατατοπιστικός όλες μας τις αποριες. Στην επόμενη μας επίσκεψη στον Βόλο εγώ και η οικογένεια μου θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά.

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.
