Great stay and views. Thomas was very responsive got back to us quickly.

Everything was as to be expected based on the listing; it was cozy with beautiful mountain views. Seemed very well cared for. The linens and pillows on the bed were exceptionally comfortable, more than I expected. The extra details on navigating to the property were helpful. Juliette was perfectly communicative during the booking process and our stay. The internet was fast and reliable as well. I had 0 issues with the stay and would book here and with Juliette again. However, I do suggest to perhaps choose another option if you are not super close with your roommates— the kitchen is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is right next to the main bed. Very minimal privacy between the pull out couch, bed, and bathroom (I did not have any privacy issues with other guests). We did well in the space but could totally see how others may have difficulties.

Johnny was an excellent host and the place was very clean! he gave us ideas on what to get there and was very responsive! We would definitely be back again!

We had a great time! The place was clean quiet and easy to get to! I loved the placement. Was on the bottom floor super easy to get in and out of! Would recommend!

Thomas was very proactive with communication. The hot tub was immaculately cleaned. The location is close to all the fun in pigeon forge. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and arcade.

Wanted a location close to the convention center and this met the criteria. The clean and functional 2 bedroom apartment was in a building that had a back stair cutting the distance to probably less than half a mile. Didn’t need or use the building amenities but there was a pool. Restaurants and shopping were nearby. Cost for 2 people to share was more reasonable than if we had each stayed at a hotel and the location may have been closer than many. This was a good first AirBNB experience for each of us.

We loved place, it was close to the store or places like anakeesta or pigeon forge, and it has the things we needed in the kitchen, it’s great place for couple, and great communication!

Gary's place was so quiet and peaceful. we enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the golfers come through. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home base for our golf and hiking week. Nicely decorated, well equipped and well designed layout with a pleasant terrace to relax in at the close of each day. Close to Smoky Mountain National park and good restaurants nearby in Waynesville.

We enjoyed this condo very much! The views are beautiful. We walked the community everyday and the residents and club staff were incredibly friendly. We will be back!

This places was exactly what we needed, Jacob was always a quick responder, and everything was clean and organized. Totally recommended.

We are usually in Waynesville at least twice each year, and Mainstay has become our choice of accommodations. We agree with all the positive comments regarding location, cleanliness and comfort, and the high quality of the building renovation. The laminated wood trusses in the main room are especially impressive. The photos don't show the inside of the elevator, but it is as clean and modern as the rest of the building, and has the added advantage of making it possible to take all your stuff up to the apartment in one trip (or, in our case, four trips). The host's level of service is every bit as excellent as the physical appointments--all our requests, whether before, during, or after our stays, have always been met with a rapid response that answers our questions and solves our problems.

Darlene was a great host and the house was excellent. we We enjoyed the views and privacy. the pontoon boat sunset cruise was enjoyable and the activities were good. we were disappointed in the meal at the lodge and lack of walking paths around the reserve. the narrow winding roads made the impossible to walk.

The condo was gorgeous and the view from the balcony and downstairs bedroom was breathtaking! I even saw a black bear! Highly recommend!

We looked at a lot of rentals and did not think it would be possible for us to take a family vacation, everything was just too expensive. Then we found Stony Brook. This is an older dated building but has been kept up and maintained well. It has everything you need. It was very tidy, neat and clean. The only issue we had was the internet connection, which was responded to immediately. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Thank you Stony Brook for making this family vacation possible for us!

We really enjoyed a stay and the condo had a great layout. Only complaint is the picture led us to believe we were near the pool and we weren’t anywhere close to water. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

This was the most wonderful getaway for us! The condo was absolutely perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the lazy river on site and enjoyed warm cookies and coffee in the lodge when we checked in. This is such a beautiful hidden gem in this area.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was absolutely stunning, with the most amazing views. The grounds were spotless and there was plenty to do in the area. We would absolutely plan on returning, and hope to do so soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for my family of 4 and my kiddos loved the bunk bed and Pac-Man. It was nice to be out of the busy part of town but still close enough to all the stuff we wanted to do. We loved the space and had a great trip. The only downside we had was the seating. It would have been nice to have another chair or a bigger couch. We also had to go buy a pizza pan and a few other things because there wasn’t what we needed there. Hard to see in the dark without street lights but that’s something Lawrence can’t control. The beds were great. Plenty of blankets and pillows. It was nice and quiet. It was clean and ready when we arrived.

We stayed here with our dog, and it was the perfect fit. For walking and going to eat we were able to do it with ease with its location and pricing! The hosts are incredible and super responsive. Would love to come back!

Great, walkable location. Our cabin was warm and comfortable and exactly as described. It was very comfortable and welcoming. Coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the Great Smokey Mountains Railroad were all within a few minutes walk from the cabin.

Fran and Ron's place was just amazing and was perfect for our family. The best part was after having another AirBnB booked for over 6 months before this huge family trip we had been planning for a year, the day before we're going to leave the other owner messaged us and said the place was no longer available, so sorry, and just dropped us. Fran and Ron came to the rescue. Great communication, a beautiful place, and a great price. We could not have been happier and are so glad we ended up finding their place because it was better than where we were originally going to stay. If you're considering staying at Fran and Ron's condo, don't hesitate to book it and enjoy everything it has to offer.
