Truly special Villa! We are group of 5 travelers (3 separate groups make up the 5). This Villa ticked all the boxes prior to booking, and the stay at the Villa was magical. We generally spend most of our time out and about exploring, however this time we spent most of time at the Villa enjoying the pool area, the egg chair/living room area - and the outdoor sala. (We befriended a bird with no feather on head - we called it little Al (as in Alopecia) - we hope to see it again) Everything was super clean, modern and cool. Upstairs bedroom did get quite hot (hot air rises) however - air con on, and it cools down. Location was perfect, walking distance to various things and easy to shoot across to Fishermans or ChoengMong on the scooter for dinner. Sue/Konradin? was fantastic in ensuring our stay would be hassle free and introduced us to Aoo. Aoo is a superstar! Anything you need - Aoo provides! Aoo ensured we felt like movie stars, like royalty. Thank you Sue, Big Thank you Aoo

A Perfect Tropical Getaway at White Phoenix Villa, Koh Samui We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the White Phoenix Villa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautifully designed — modern yet cozy, with an inviting warmth that made us feel instantly at home. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, and the natural sunlight streaming in throughout the day added a bright, refreshing vibe to the entire space. Whether it was lounging by the pool or simply enjoying the peaceful interiors, every moment felt relaxing and memorable. Ken the caretaker was amazing and always smiling and very helpful. One thing that slightly surprised us was the additional charge for water and electricity, which was informed and which was presented in the final bill. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did feel a bit unexpected and was the only blot on an otherwise very comfortable and enjoyable stay. That said, the overall experience was fantastic, and we would still highly recommend White Phoenix

Nice apartment 5 minutes walk to the main street in Choengmon and to the beach. Apartment may need a refurbishment but other than that lovely stay.

The beach house was incredibly cozy with direct access to the sea. It was unbelievably peaceful – the perfect place to relax. I will definitely come back! The host was very helpful and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. I felt welcome from the very first minute.

Great place to stay to quickly get into the action and explore the island! The cottages are very cute and rather traditional. Price-performance is really great! We found it a bit too loud, but the many cats in the complex were a big plus! Our child loved it very much. The beds were too hard for us and warm water didn't really work, but it wasn't that bad with the temperatures. We extended again on site, without problems! Clear recommendation!

Christian's villa is as described in the photos, only much more beautiful!!! It is really luxurious and it has everything you need for everyday life. The location is unique in the countryside on a hill with a breathtaking view, you can't do any better 🥰🥰🥰 Christian is also a great host who is competent, friendly and helpful!!! I highly recommend the villa to everyone and if I come back to Koh Samui I will definitely go back to Christian 😁😁😁

Kevin was an incredible host and super responsive from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. He is always on hand to help. The property is stunning and looks better than the pictures. You have direct access to the beach and given the shallow waves its very family friendly. If you want a peaceful getaway away and something different to the hustle and bustle then this is the place for you! we would love to come back again in the future !

If you’re looking for a different kind of experience, this is the place to come. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and forest at the back, while the front opens up to a stunning sea view. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Having someone kind prepare your breakfast in the morning to them doing it all quietly without disturbing you was amazing While I went to the gym, my room was cleaned and our daily needs were always taken care of. We didn’t have to go to the market even once. You don’t even notice the presence of security or staff, everything runs so smoothly. Just 400 meters down the road, there’s a Muay Thai and fitness gym. After training, jumping into the pool or spending time in the ice bath was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was so well thought out, thank you so much. I had an amazing time.

It was such an amazing experience staying at dariush place! so peaceful and beautiful. we had everything we needed, we didn't leave the house, not even once. thank you dariush for your hospitality and communication, you've been a great host!!

I just stayed in and looked at the beach…. So gorgeous. House was not cluttered which I liked very much. Quiet area.

It was a very nice stay with a very nice host. Super pool, beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds, great sunsets. The only significant drawback for me was that the direct beach access is unfortunately not much use, as the sea is not suitable for swimming at the point, neither at low tide nor at high tide.

Great place and peaceful if you are looking for a place to with a very private moments with your partner then that’s the one - Pannipa was so friendly from the very beginning till the good bye and very attentive to the details and with great recommendations for the best Koh Samui places She is a great host for sure Me and my wife loved the place One simple comment to make this place even greater :- the place needs TV Pls as the place is in a private location you will definitely need a bike to move around the place (don’t worry Pannipa got you one for sure) Good luck for you and marcus 🙏🏻

Truly a remarkable place! Beautiful villa directly on beach. Pool was outstanding- large and wonderful water temperature. Outdoor shower big plus! Rooms were 5 stars and bathrooms perfect. Breakfast included! Most importantly, Kob was there everyday; she made breakfast individualized to each of our family members, cleaned rooms to 5 star hotel level, and washed our clothes daily (an amazing perk)! David is so incredibly responsive- restaurant recommendations, airport questions, and even clinic recommendations when my wife has a minor health issue (worked out great!). A/c in bedrooms are A+. Few things to note- kitchen/dining/living rooms are open air al fresco with fans- 24 hours of high humidity in June limited the amount of time we spent in these areas. Beach has great sand- perfect for sand castles, but is a bit rocky (water shoes) and shallow for a long distance- great for little kids. Exit off main road to Villa complex could use better signage and lighting.

Stop searching — this is the place. You don’t need to waste time debating it, because trust me: this condo/boutique hotel is everything an Airbnb should be. It’s spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located — safe, walkable, and beautifully designed inside and out. The interior decor is stunning, the landscaping immaculate, and the beach and pool absolutely pristine. Add in 24/7 security and freshly made daily breakfast, and it truly feels like home — only better. The entire team offers the kind of genuine hospitality that makes a lasting impression. My family and I felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Highly, highly recommend. 12/10!

Our party of four adults and four children very much enjoyed our stay in this Luxe Nomad villa. The staff were all very pleasant and the included breakfast set us up well for each day. All the rooms were clean and well-kept and were a close reflection of the photos. The open-plan living area is a particularly thoughtful design, allowing for a continuous cooling breeze from the sea. The villa was private, quiet and safe, yet close enough to walk to the Fisherman’s village and bars on the beach (though the sand is coarse underfoot). Whilst the sea immediately in front of the villa is not the clearest or most inviting, the view from the infinity pool is lovely and clearer waters are only a short stroll away. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it for their stay in Koh Samui.

Marine’s place is spacious, clean and in a great location to explore Koh Samui. We loved having the pool to cool down in after a trip out and all slept really well there! Marine and her team really care about your stay and are helpful in answering any questions and helping arrange trips etc. We’d love to come back!

Thanks for a really good stay! We were there for almost 5 weeks and enjoyed everyday! Walking distance to a bakery and also to beach front cafe/restaurants. Other than that it’s pretty private and you will need a taxi to get around to the cities and to more serious shopping :) we will return to this place any day if possible. All the bedrooms have aircon but used only for the nights - which was absolutely no problem. Renate was the perfect host and very helpful with everything.

Paradise! We were wonderfully welcomed. The villa is located in a beautifully wooded residence, the view of the sea and the sunset are sublime. The infinity pool is large enough to swim. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious, air conditioning works very well. The living room opens up completely, giving the impression of being outside, above the sea. Perfect service, a gentleman comes morning and evening to clean the pool and terrace, tidy the sun loungers. Several ladies prepare and serve a very hearty and diverse breakfast, attentive to everyone's tastes. Our daughter doesn't eat gluten, they've always been very careful, and they managed to make her happy every day. Cleaning is daily and impeccable. A rental car was waiting for us in the parking lot, convenient because the villa is quiet, but far from tourist attractions, there are good restaurants on the beach below.

This accommodation is absolutely stunning, from the indoor space, outdoor space, dining seating area to the bedrooms, it did not disappoint. The Group were always at hand to assist and provide information where they could on the group chat. Nong and Tong were a blessing, we had fantastic breakfasts prepared for us (at a cost) from fresh local fruit cut and beautifully displayed, to pancakes, toast and masala beans (which we showed Tong how to make!) we are a vegetarian/vegan group and had no issues, a little communication goes a long way. The bedrooms are very spacious and all had ensuites, plus an additional guest restroom on the main floor near the entrance. The Infinity pool was a feast for the eyes with multiple striking views both near and across the island. We would recommend this to any and everyone who is looking for a gem, the location was difficult for food delivery drivers to find, but having your own private driver whilst living here is a must. Will visit again!!!!
