If you are looking for an authentic thai village experience, peaceful and quite place, with great and very welcoming host and funtastic breakfast in the morning... look no further, this is it!!! It's a shame we couldn't stay a bit longer, but the stay will be the one to remember) We struggled to find the place in the beginning, but the stuff from the village bar have helped us to get to the location. Overall we liked the whole experience a lot. Thank you)

This place was so quiet and quaint. We loved the location and had ample space for chilling as a group and sleeping. There was also a lovely Homestay across the street that served breakfast and dinner. The bathroom was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The deck was the best part with a beautiful view. This whole place is basically open air which was unexpected but it doesn’t really get cold enough in Thailand for that to be an issue and there were no bugs! There is no Wi-Fi (great to disconnect) and the hot water wasn’t working while we were there but apparently that should be fixed shortly 🤞🏼. Had a lovely stay overall!

For those who love to stay at home stay, homestay is very nice to stay. Good food. The landlord is very accommodating. The grandmas are lovely and friendly. The weather is very cool.

This property belongs on your bucket list! The pics cannot properly highlight the location, the views, the cleanliness, the kindness of the hosts, the perfection of this home; just book and thank me later when you review for yourself :)) Pai is a wonderful little town but it is difficult to find *proper* accommodations w/ everything working and in perfect condition +++ a perfect location. Tom and his family provided a level of thoughtfulness and kindness that I found warm and inspiring. The little things, organic local eggs, proper butter, fresh local coffee, fresh mangoes & papaya - you get the idea; this place represents the-best-of-the-best for what Pai has to offer - Enjoy and Find out For Yourself :))

The place is wonderful, its simple, clean, hot water works and the village is very peaceful. The family is warm and friendly, we communicated through google translate. They were very accomodating with our food requests (vegan), the breakfast was so generous, they helped us get a ride back to Chiang Mai. Our only issue was the early morning noise from motorcycles during the weekdays but once you accept it as part of life there you just start the day earlier.

Really lovely

2 week stay with my family of 4 in the big bungalow. A nice quiet space and location on the northern edge of Pai. 20 min walk into main town or a short scooter. Great outdoor kitchen and sitting area to watch the cows and birds. The bungalow was very clean and Noi also cleaned whilst we went away for a couple of nights. All amenities worked well and there was A/C in the living room and a hot shower - which weren't included in the description - so that was great. We used the nice pool across the road almost everyday for a small fee (50b for kids and 100b for adults). Recommend for those wanting a peaceful stay in Pai.

Amazing stay at this beautiful property, the hosts were so helpful and kind and helped us with whatever we needed. Lovely location and bit out of town but perfect if you have motorbikes. Also coffee stand just at the top of the driveway is highly recommended, they even have mini golf!!!!

I had an incredible stay at this remote property in Chiang Mai. The location was peaceful and surrounded by stunning natural beauty, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Utopai is not just a comfy place to lay your head, it truly is a life changing experience. The grounds are an absolute dream. We spent our mornings sunning by the pool, our afternoons relaxing by the creek and our evenings taking in the magical energy of the pool house. We stayed at the Stone Garden House which was a perfect set up for two couples. The home is located close to the pool but facing away, allowing you to feel truly secluded in the jungle. Mon and Cliff were wonderful hosts. Both seasoned travelers, they naturally knew when and how to give us space, while still always available, making us feel comfortable and like we were leaving behind a home and new friends in Pai. They accommodated all of our requests - food delivery, scheduled massages and acupuncture on sight, and even set up a birthday gathering! Thank you for sharing your space and energy with us. From four travelers who stay in, own and personally run Airbnbs, one million stars! This place is an absolute gem. ♥️

Adisak is so nice and helpful! These cabins are simple and clean. They are cold in the winter so go prepared. They provide breakfast each morning and free coffee with Somsak at tue bottom of the hill each morning is so fun. This is a very peaceful, traditional Thai village and actually a lot of little tours stop by each day to see it. You can walk all around the village. There are traditional restaurants and coffee shops. We spent a week there after 2 weeks in the city and it was so connecting to nature and such a nice change of scenery. We miss it already.

This stay is perfect for wanting to escape the city and surround yourself in nature. The staff were super friendly and accommodating

if you enjoy nature in a farm setting this is prefect. Very peaceful surroundings and the host is very friendly. I would suggest hiring a car and you can explore all natural surroundings. Interacting with elephant was unreal.

we loved this place so much! had the best time in pai and was great having the extra space for the 4 nights we stayed. we wish we stayed longer!!!

The place is a dream. My only regret is not having stayed longer in Pai and in these cabins. It's not that convenient for a short stay given you need to rent a motorbike in the center, but that was already mentioned in the reviews and I still wanted to stay here. if you get a motorbike rent and some snacks, this is unbeatable. women at the main house and friendly and will call a cab for you if needed. Just like the photos, place is perfect for a retreat in nature. Wonderful place, would love to come back!
