This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. Registered historic property; truly walking distance to BSU for those visitors who don’t want to drive. Off-street parking is in the back alley. We kindly ask guests to be considerate to neighbors. Keep in mind, this house is near a college campus, and during graduation and sports events students/neighbors may be celebrating outside.

You have your own fenced in yard. There is also a private little porch and a fire pit to enjoy your evening. We also accept dogs.
