typical place for private hone rental. 2 bedroom and 1/2 bath. floor was extremely clean, which says a lot. bedrooms are decent size. kitchen has decent amenities. what made my stay way above average was the attention to detail with communication. although there were hiccups, like the water being shut off by city for repairs, or AC not working, Eric responded i.meduutesly and with assurance that it would he taken care of, AND IT WAS. bottom line is nothing is perfect, but their customer service made the visit well worth the price .

The home is certainly picturesque and unique. William, Emma and George accommodated us in the best way possible.

We had a great stay at the house. Margaret was very responsive and helpful when needed. When the Wi-Fi went down due to external circumstances, she actioned quickly and kept in contact with me the entire time until it was resolved. The host was very accommodating to our requests and super friendly. The grounds keeper, Fred was amazing, he was extremely helpful and always accessible. He went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable and attended to our needs. He was friendly, polite, and respectful. The house was clean and tidy. The furniture was very elegant and modern. There was hot water and air conditioning in every room. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The decor and scent of the house was lovely and inviting, not overstated, very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay,security was super nice and friendly,I definitely recommend Evans place over and over again. But as for my friends and I we are definitely going to come back again and again. We really enjoyed our stay

Nana Afua was amazing and super responsive. She was available to help with check in even after flight delays. She was always super responsive and attentive. Supported to arrange a car and driver for us with less than a days notice. The driver was incredible and very pleasant too. Would highly recommend this space.

Charlie, have never felt like home like this before OMG, what an apartment, from security doors, to tiling to washroom accessories Gosh, this is mini heaven. The caretaker? EDEM super amazing guy, and Aaron ? Will ask if u are okay over there. They even helped when I delayed a little. SUPER AMZING PLACE. LoCation they give is exactly what’s on google map, just that the road is under construction so drivers do complain

I absolutely adored the space! It was spotless, the air was fresh, and the furniture was super comfortable and not creaky at all. The mattress was so plush, the pillows were so fluffy, and the sheets were so soft. I felt right at home, and I can’t wait to go back!

One of the best Airbnbs have stayed in Accra, the place was beautiful and the location is very ideal to get around. Additionally, Alberta’s was intentionally decorated and beautiful. Additionally, little details like providing a mobile hotspot to guest to use shows how thoughtful and at home she want you to feel in her place, I have already recommended her place to friends and can’t wait visit again.

Great stay! Location was perfect for work at UG and enjoying East Legon. The apartment was bright and clean with all the basic ammenities. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any necessary requests. Look forward to staying again when I’m back in Accra for work.
