Vacation rentals with beach access in Madeira

We loved our stay in Antonio’s apartment. It was extremely clean and spacious and had everything we needed and then some. It even had a parking garage for our car. I appreciated that Antonio provided plenty of coffee, soap, shampoo and even laundry detergent. That was really nice and convenient. I loved sitting on the deck overlooking the gorgeous ocean view drinking my coffee or sipping a glass of wine. It was so relaxing! I highly recommend booking Antonio’s place. He is a superb, kind host and will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy.

Stay 10/10 during these days, perfect accommodation, very clean and cozy, the pool area and sunbathing with unbeatable views and has a barbecue and a for people who like grilled food is a very good point. 100% recommendable and we would repeat without hesitation.

upon arrival we were very well received by Ana. She explained everything to us and we were even able to arrive a little early at the apartment. She gave us tips for sightseeing, dining, and also told us the nearest supermarket. Ana was at her best!!! The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need even more than we imagined. Thank you for everything! We were able to fully enjoy this beautiful island. And Gabriel spent almost all his evenings in the pool 😄 thank you again from all 3 of us

This apartment is in a great place, around the corner from the beach and at nice restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay in Madeira. This was the perfect home base for exploring the island. This home was amazing; larger and greater than expected. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking and exploring. I would definitely recommend this to others and would love to stay here again!

The accommodation offers a parking space, breathtaking views and in the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking. Also very clean - so everything is great and you get what the pictures promise

Flawless accommodation, great terrace, it's really a plus Barbecue available, very nice! Small downside on the bedding and the musty smell in the house. Please note, parking at the top of a very steep slope, difficult to access from the road...

We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Antonio’s lovely house and the garden and views were impressive. We appreciated the interesting features in the garden with its nature feel and enjoyed the pool and sauna which we thought was a real asset for the place. The house is interesting and cared about and Antionio was an excellent and helpful host. We were glad of the car we hired to access shops, restaurants, beach and walking areas as without one would be difficult but it suited us really well as 4 adults who wanted a base from which to explore Madeira.

What a wonderful place to stay and for us perfect location to explore beautiful Madeira. 6 of us stayed for 1 week, the accommodation was perfect with various areas to spread out. We spent most of our evenings around the pool side, playing games and soaking up the views. The home has everything a family would need to enjoy your stay. Local shops, cafes and restaurants 10min walk up hill. Fully recommend if you are able to take a 1 day jeep tour of the island as Madeira has some spectacular scenery, valleys, mountains, villages and locations to explore. Contact with the host was effortless and always quick with responding. We loved our stay.

A great house in a beautiful location! You can't get any closer to the sea and the sound of the sea accompanies you day and night. The house is very tastefully decorated and super clean. You make yourself at home straight away! Constantino is very helpful and has great tips. Without him, we would never have found the little beach in Seixal... We were here 14 days and enjoyed every minute. Thank you, Constantino!

Absolutely loved our stay here for the week! We loved the ability to walk into town and grab food at any time. We found a number of great restaurants! We also loved being within the energy of the town of Camara De Lobos. It was very warm, welcoming, and vibrant. We loved the home and felt it was clean, beautiful, and the perfect opportunity to slow down life and enjoy the sound of the ocean. The breeze was able to keep us cool (mid February visit for us), the sound of the ocean helped us drift off peacefully, and we enjoyed the opportunity to lounge in the sun on the many decks available. Parking was simple and free right around the house. We had very prompt communication and felt very supported. Overall the location was a great spot to adventure to the rest of the island. If we ever return to Madeira this is where we will be staying!

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED! I spent 8 days in the upper apartment of the house and Teresinha lives on the ground floor when she is on the island. The apartment was sparkling clean, the bathroom very nice, two bedrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped and the armchairs in the living room are comfortable. Each room has a sea view, you can always hear the sound of the sea - DREAMY. Beautiful garden with banana trees! The street in front of the house and the wonderful, huge terrace is sometimes more and sometimes less busy, but since the house is higher, you can hear the cars only a little in the apartment and at night it was very quiet. You can hear little to nothing from the adjacent restaurant. In part, however, the smell of food from the kitchen flows onto the terrace. Teresinha was present and she is just a charming elderly lady - so sweet and warm! She spontaneously invited me to breakfast and to a glass of Madeira wine to say goodbye. I would book the apartment again at any time! Thank you, Teresinha!

The Bauhaus-style house leaves nothing to be desired. We immediately felt very comfortable. The house is very well maintained and in mint condition. All necessary equipment is available. The house was the entire house and the terraces were very clean including the bathrooms. The pool was heated as agreed and the cover also kept the temperature very well. Fatima introduced herself to us briefly on the second day, she is very nice and we immediately had a very friendly relationship. We were even allowed to try some tomatoes from her local garden. If you want to spend a relaxing vacation with pool time and hiking, you are in good hands there. We will be back!

The outdoor area is done very nicely and is just beautiful. Inside is traditional and lots of space. Simple things that u take for granted like water pressure and having good hot and cold water was very good so could have a nice shower. Also most important for me is having a quiet place to sleep which it was and shutters on windows meant u could get it nice and dark. Glad I picked this area as Funchal was clouded over quite a lot over our stay but being south coast meant we got the sun. Enjoyed the 20 min walk in ponta da Sol which is quaint and lovely.

The stay at Juan’s House let us to relax in great atmosphere. The apartment is well equiped even including cofee machine. There is a view at ocean from taracce. It is very clean and very well prepared for guests.

Annikka is a very friendly host. Always answered quickly to our questions. The apartment corresponded to its description. Stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. Nearby are beach resorts, a promenade along the sea, a large shopping center. Convenient access to the city center.

A lovely apartment: convenient, well-situated and pleasant views. Good location if you have a hire car; Funchal isn’t far at all, and there are many local shops and restaurants. Host-wise, unless you speak a little Portuguese, it can be slightly difficult; Jose is happy to call and speak for his mother. Very friendly and welcoming!!!

Everything was great! Perfect location

The check-in went well. We were very pleased and can recommend the apartment. Parking was available in the courtyard, otherwise it would have been bad to find a parking space. Next to the entrance was a small shop, also ideal. We felt very comfortable.

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, sent us many local restaurant recommendations, very responsive. Totally recommend booking this place on your next trip!

Great apartment. Everything as described. Tip...bring some shower/bath gel or buy some locally. There was only little bottles of shampoo. This was to start you off when you arrived, but, if you feel like a shower after a long journey it would be nice to have just a couple of small bottles of gel just for the initial shower or bath. It was quite noisy when we stayed with very loud building works with an excavator loading and crashing rocks and boulders into the lorries and travelling right past the apartment loaded with all of those 🥺 This was at the front of the apartment, so although we couldn't use the balcony there: thankfully the bedroom was at the rear of the property, so a lie in was possible when the work started early in the morning. However, this may not be the case for any future guests as they may have finished the works before they arrive. Other than this problem, we had a great time on this beautiful island ( our 8th visit and our first time in self catering)
