NOTE: Ponta do Sol City Council will start charging a Tourist Tax of €2.00 (two euros) per night from 1 September 2024, with a maximum of 7 nights. Guests have full access to the garden and heated saltwater pool. New Tourism Tax already included in the price, so we'll take care of that for you.

House with superb sun exposure, peaceful and stunning views over the sea and the mountain. Has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed), a complete bathroom, a social toilet, open space with kitchen / living and dining room, furniture and careful decoration. Outside enjoy the garden and the pleasant dining space with incredible views of the sea. The barbecue and mini-pool complete your well-being.

Stay Madeira Island presents Madeira Black Sand Beach House! Set on the north coast of Seixal beach, Madeira Black Sand Beach House offers a dream view towards the black sand and the deep blue sea surrounded by green cliffs. This century old stone house has been with the same family for 30 years and was used as a weekend second home. The owners decided to share this unique spot with the world and the refurbished plan had the guest's comfort in mind.
