House vacation rentals in Mactan

It is a good accommodation for the price of two Ate and a spacious pool with a cool air conditioner.

This was our second time renting this place, and it was even better than before! The host renovated the space, making it more spacious and comfortable. We had no issues at all — even with our late check-in, everything was smoothly arranged. Thank you for the great stay!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

Charmaine and Jet were very nice and responsive. They were very accommodating with our requests. The caretakers likewise were very helpful and friendly, always nearby and ready to respond to our concerns. The place was beautiful and really nice to relax. Everything was completely provided for. The only thing is that the place is not senior-friendly since there are steps going to the house and going down to the beach. The beach though was nice with your own private area. On the whole, it’s a great place to enjoy your summer vacation.

the house is absolutely stunning 😍 we love it and would definitely come back again. only thing is we are 7pax but they only have I think 2 or 3 plates,not enough mugs and only 1 cup for the water. but she explained to me what happened other customer take things home with them which is absolutely disgusting not the owner fault. I absolutely recommend this place to stay with your family. ❤️

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was very clean, thoughtfully designed, and felt just like home. It was spacious for one person and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell a lot of care went into setting up the space. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We were amazed on how worth the place was based on its price range. They had hot tub, netflix TV, microwave, kitchenwares, hot shower, and more.

Had a wonderful stay! We stayed for one month the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and the caretaker was very friendly, but wanted to mention that the bathroom faucet, and shower heads weren’t working properly when we arrived. We took the time to clean them ourselves, which helped improve the water flow but overall the place was great and specially the security is 24/7.

Despite the heavy rain and the bad weather, the situation around the accommodation was a mess, but we felt comfortable without any discomfort except for a small happening. The host is friendly and gives quick feedback on requests, so I highly recommend it. The helpers stayed in a small room outside, so I stayed comfortably without worrying about cleaning. The helpers are also very friendly. I had a good stay.👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is super clean, stylish, and cozy. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked for cooking. The location is very convenient—close to the airport and shopping malls, which made getting around easy. The host was very kind and accommodating, always quick to respond. The only thing we’d suggest is a stronger internet connection, especially for remote work. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Gesebel’s compound is exactly what we were looking for. It’s a clean, well-appointed compound located on one of the few streets in Lapu-Lapu with light traffic. We’d come to the Philippines to see our family members who live nearby and the home was perfect for that. It was centrally located for us and had plenty of room to host our relatives. It has a proper kitchen, large spaces for entertaining both inside and out, and plenty of sleeping quarters. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor areas: kids loved the pool, and we even managed some pickup football games in the grass. At night the neighborhood is pretty quiet. It’s the barangay so you’ll always have a dog or rooster not far off, but it’s not bad and there is an astonishingly small amount of other traffic and noise. The hosts are also very friendly and very helpful! We enjoyed their company on our last night during another big family get together. Thanks again for having us!

We had an amazing time at Maam Djamila’s place! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect and the quiet ambiance made it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Djamila and her husband were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Also, very very thankful for granting our urgent requests and letting my brother checked in earlier than the check-in time. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cebu. I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation is neat and spacious overall, making it perfect for families or group visitors Right in front of the swimming pool and grocery store, Korean food delivery is convenient, and it is close to Top's Grill Bali Massage, Ocean Massage, etc., so pick-up and drop-off service is also possible. There is no inconvenience in staying with the host's friendly response

Great place, the host was accommodating to our request and really prepared the place well. Really recommend the place when wanting to stay near Mactan Airport to avoid the traffic hassle when traveling. The amenities provided were complete and the rooms were enough to accommodate all five of us.

We had to make a last-minute change to our accommodations due to a water issue at our originally booked Airbnb. Thankfully, David’s home was nearby and turned out to be the perfect solution. I was traveling with my senior father, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos—spotlessly clean, private, and newly built. The place truly delivers on its value, and I couldn’t help but wish we had booked it from the beginning of our stay in the Philippines. It would have made our trip much smoother. I highly recommend this home! The person in charge did stop by a day before our checkout and reached out about departure details, but after some clarification, everything was sorted out without issue.
