I am within walking distance of Princess Alexandra Hospital, one of Brisbane's biggest hospitals, and a short bus ride from the Mater Hospital. There is a gym nearby, plus local dental and medical facilities. No meals are provided. Dutton Park railway station is the nearest to my place, about a 15 minute walk

View: If you want a scenic outdoor view, this may not be suitable. Noise: Minor noise may occur upstairs, but it’s kept at a reasonable level.
