Simply perfect! The apartment is super well located, close to the beach. In addition, there are many nice things nearby — ice cream parlors, restaurants, bars and even options for those who enjoy outdoor physical activity, such as hiking, running and exercising on the waterfront. The apartment space is amazing, everything is very organized, cozy and exactly as in the photos. Communication with the owner was also great, always very helpful and quick to respond, which made everything very easy and smooth. We loved the stay and we definitely want to come back more often! The accommodation was excellent, we had two children and we felt at home. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, it was clean, organized, decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in front of Pajuçara beach, with easy access to restaurants, markets, craft fair and tourist spots. The host was attentive, helpful, responded quickly and left clear instructions. We will definitely go back and recommend too much.

Without a doubt, the best accommodation we've ever found here on the APP. My family and I literally felt at home. Service from the condominium employees was a 10, location in front of the beach, this made our vacation even better. I recommend it, and in fact Angela's service is differentiated, every time I needed to talk to her, she always answered me quickly and cordially.

My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

The house has a great location! In a quiet and private condominium, which was perfect for us. The beach is in front, just across the street. The house is large and spacious, the pool and barbecue area was the highlight for us. Sometimes I didn't even want to leave the house. Even on cloudier days, the pool was warm. Djair was always communicative and decisive when we needed him. Finally, it was a great experience and we will come back as a family more often!!

Carolina is always attentive..Francisco un Genio giving us her attention...just the detail of the street..there is something to get in the truck or 4 x 4 .. they are about to asphalt..the day that that happens will be the perfect place to enjoy a paradise vacation

I had a wonderful stay at Noé's house! Cozy, spacious and super-equipped house. My husband and I spent a lot of time in the outdoor leisure area as it is super private and with a SPECTACULAR view to see the sunset!

The space offered far exceeded our expectations. To those who are interested, we travel with our two pets, one large(German Shepherd) and the other medium-sized(SRD). The atmosphere is wide and our puppies enjoyed a lot. We travel as a family and we are already planning to return to the house of Mrs. Edna and Mr. Walter. Speaking of the hosts, we would like to thank each for their availability and attention from the beginning.

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Staying there was a real experience.

The apartment is very complete and comfortable, everything extremely clean and well maintained. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark, which I particularly like a lot, good beds and pillows, large closets, clean and spacious bathrooms, full kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It is a little further away from tourist attractions such as the fair, photo spots, busier kiosks and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive won't solve.

A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

I rented it to my parents who came on vacation to visit, they are elderly and very demanding, they were extremely amazed, with the view, with the cozy space, they even called it "our house" several times by mistake. Absurdly quiet, peaceful, super nice doorman, very clean space. Joana's son who welcomed us, very nice, calm and friendly. Joana is super flexible with schedules, I admired her a lot. We had an excellent time here, I recommend it, we made good memories.

Wonderful place. Exactly clean, Mirella left coffee, sugar, cookies and other things that were very useful to us. Only the mattresses weren't so good. I recommend it.

Great location, everything is very quiet and close to the beach. Wanderlei was always friendly and answered all the questions we had. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to Parque Shopping, depending on traffic. A 5-minute walk on the beach and you'll find kiosks and the sea is great for swimming, if you don't want to move, swimming in the sea in front of the apartment is also nice. Safe, quiet, noiseless condominium, perfect for those who want to rest. I highly recommend it!

Alessandro's space is exactly the same as in the pictures: clean and nice. The host kept in touch from the beginning, gave us tips on restaurants, places, and was very attentive. Comfortable bed, good bedding, clean towels, air conditioning worked well. I intend to return! Thank you!!!
