This place was absolutely charming! The space was cozy, clean, and full of character — from the rustic wooden furniture to the sweet little kitchen setup. The views from the windows were incredible, with colorful flowers framing the water just steps away. It was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note: we did get a few stares from people in the area, and the police drove by a couple of times. It felt a little uncomfortable at first, but it may just be routine for the neighborhood. Still, the beauty and calm of the location made it a worthwhile experience overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, quiet escape.

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

Isabella was kind and responsive to all our questions, constantly assisting us throughout our stay. The apartment is very nice and well-kept, it is located on the waterfront a short walk from restaurants, ice cream parlors, beaches and various services. We highly recommend this excellent solution for holidays and business trips.

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

The apartment is as described. Very large for 2 people, but another 8 people could come to visit and also stay overnight. The view from the breakfast table or from the roof terrace to the Mediterranean Sea is fantastic. The sun protection on the roof terrace is certainly repaired again for the season. Likewise, the 2nd refrigerator, as already mentioned in a previous review. Location is good We can recommend the marina with lots of small restaurants and shops. Caution: Behind the marina (up to the Tiber) is not necessarily suitable for tourists. Italians warned us about it. It is far enough away from the beautiful apartment...the walk to the harbor takes about 30 minutes along the promenade. A smaller supermarket is about 600 m from the apartment. We would book again. Last tip: An Amazon stick or similar could help...otherwise only Italian television...on both devices. Ciao

Very happy with the stay, highly recommended. Martina was very helpful, very responsive, flat perfectly clean and close to all amenities, including travel to Rome . We received a welcome gift with the personal note, which was very welcoming. If we back to Ostia in a future, we’ll definitely stay here again ❤️

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

A wonderful vacation in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli, and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a great place to stay, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it was walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening, you could enjoy excellent Italian cuisine in local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily got to Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing vacation! Our best recommendation!

We spent one night and we enjoyed it very much. Daniele is very likeable and straightforward. The turtles in the garden are also very cute!

VACATION BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024/25. WONDERFUL CHALET WITH COZY ATMOSPHERE, DESPITE THE SEASON WE HAD THE GREAT LUCK WITH OUR DOGS TO ENJOY SOME SUN! WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house! It offers enough space for a family of 4 and it has everything you need. Federico is very helpful, straightforward and generous. We were allowed to use all amenities and felt very comfortable. We can recommend the cottage without reservation!

This was our absolute favorite Airbnb place in all of Italy, and we stayed at 5 different places during a 10 day trip. There are lots of places to stay in Ostia. Book this one now. You will thank yourself when you get here! The place is beautiful. Nice view with visible water from the cute and good sized balcony. Very spacious and modern. Great air conditioning. Drinkable kitchen water. Comfortable bed and even extra pillows. Great location with tons of nearby restaurants and easy beach and pier access. Christian also booked us a van to get to the airport last minute. He’s such a kind and enthusiastic host. Best stay in all of Italia. Buon viaggio!

This house was the highlight of our trip! It was absolutely perfect, comfortable, clean and beautiful right on the beach. It is the perfect place to relax before or after being on an airplane. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making the check in process easy, giving us local recommendations, and making us feel welcome.

Loved staying here ! She even left a little gift for my children. Has private parking so that really helped !

Manuel’s place was a good place to stay with one other person. It was easy to enter the building and the room was very clean. The host even accommodated our needs for a taxi pick up to the airport. The snacks and were a bonus too!

We felt completely at home and safe throughout our stay. The accommodation was outstanding—even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos, and absolutely spotless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like being provided with beach towels and the convenient partnership with the beach club right across the street, where we could purchase access directly at the front desk. A special mention to the fact that some of the staff spoke French, which made our stay even more comfortable. And a heartfelt thank you as well for organizing the airport transfer at such a very affordable price — it made everything so much easier. Thank you again for your care and attention!

Francesca's place was beautiful and spacious - perfect for a short stay with a friend. The sofa bed was just as comfortable as a bed and had its own privacy. Francesca's communication was prompt and friendly and she accommodated our needs as much as she could, which was lovely. We got to meet her and her boyfriend and they were both really nice. She made sure we were comfortable and gave us many great suggestions for restaurants as well as transport which made our stay so pleasant and easy. Fiumicino has lovely peaceful beaches within a few minutes of the apartment and several restaurants with reasonable prices just down the road. We had fresh fish on the beach! It's very convenient that there is a supermarket next door also. I would visit Fiumicino again and stay at Francesca's in a heartbeat! I was sorry to leave. Thank you Francesca!

Paolo was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The flat was clean and comfortable with a great view of the lake. Paolo gave us plenty of good recommendations and the Italian breakfast in his cafe was a nice suprise
