Bright and beautiful home on 2 floors. The home is beautifully close to Nybølnor. The home is located in connection with Nybølnorstien, and close to Gendarmstien. There is a private terrace and garden with a fireplace. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the forest and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. Peace, sea, nature, history, soul and charm right by Flensborg Fjord/Förde. Our house sleeps 6 guests. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom, large living room with TV and internet and 180-degree sea views. 3 large bedrooms and all with the most beautiful views of Flensborg Fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensborg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun overlooking the beach and swimming pier. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water.
