Light-flooded apartment on the upper floor of the "Flying Dutchman" building in the famous Olympic Port in Kiel, just a few meters to the beach and promenade with restaurants, cafes and shops. Due to the floor-to-ceiling window front in south-west direction, the apartment is flooded with light. The big balcony is equipped with table and chairs as well as an awning and has sun from morning to evening. With its bright oak parquet and stylish furniture the apartment is inviting to feel good.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Anchor between Schlei & Baltic Sea

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. The newly renovated apartment, in the middle of Maasholm-Bad's, offers relaxation for everyone! The apartment (raised ground floor) has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a modern bathroom incl. Rain shower and a balcony. In the shared basement, there is both a laundry room with coin insert and the possibility of safely storing your own wheels. The apartment is located between the Schlei (approx. 400 m) and the Baltic Sea (approx. 900 m)

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on just under 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholmer harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. In a direct location to the sailing harbor in Maasholm, it is only a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

"HOF-LOGIS" in the old town

The small but fine apartment HOF-LOGIS accommodates two people right in the old town of Eckernförde. From there you are a minute's walk to the beach, harbor or directly in the city center, where the small shops of Eckernförde await you. If you travel by bike, you can store it safely and dry in the bike port directly at the apartment.

Herne vacation apartment

I offer a cozily furnished apartment for 1-2 people, approx. 25 m² with living-bedroom (bed 140 × 200) kitchenette, walk-in shower. The first set of bed linen and towels up to 2 nights per person €12.50 is to be paid upon arrival at the check-in with the landlord. From the 3rd night, the bed linens are provided free of charge.
