Truly a family home. Boris runs a beautiful BnB and lives on the top floor. Great living room, good kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and well equipped bathroom. It has it all, and just in case you would miss anything, Boris will get it for you! All packed in a great architectural house, beautiful and tasteful interior. You’ll enjoy this classic Dutch villa. Free parking! Location is perfect. Inner city walkable, great restaurants nearby. Truly recommend this.

It is a very enjoyable and beautiful stay. The host provides a very warm welcome and does everything he can to make you feel at home. The cottage has everything you need and there is also a lot to do and see in the area. We ourselves have experienced some ambiguities around certain additional costs, with the communication with Belvilla being absolutely not optimal. Communication with the effective host, on the other hand, was very positive.

We are very grateful that we were able to book for the same day even though it was a holiday. Booking was very straightforward. We were greeted with sandwich and prosecco, and this at 11pm at night. This was just the right thing after our spontaneous long trip. Thanks again.

Amazing short stay. Herman was great from the initial booking right up to the day we left, very quick to respond to questions and super friendly. Even helped us after check out with a poorly toddler. Amazing host!

My mother and I stayed at the villa in Sweikhuizen for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and there was a welcome package ready for us. From here we explored the area and made trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Belgium. A good base. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are good. There is heated from two A/C'but when you set it to a fixed temperature, the temperature throughout the house is pleasant.

This house is extremely nice and such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The design and decorations are very thoughtful and pleasant. We especially enjoyed the beautiful gardens and feeding the adorable bunnies and chickens! Thank you so much!!

We had a great time in the accommodation. The house looked great and the garden with sun was great. The beds sleep well and the contact with Riet was good. Only we would have liked to be informed of the correct route to get there, the first time we were sent by the navigation by a kind of tractor route. Not so good for the car, but a better route was present. Had a great weekend.

A fantastic house, with plenty of space, with separate playroom for the children, at the edge of the forest. Large dining table: when can you enjoy a meal and each other with 12 or even a few more, at 1 table? We love the fireplace and the fire bowl outside. Wonderful that we could dive into made beds and communication with host went well. All in all: Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic reunion with a group of friends in Christine’s house. Christine was very fast to respond and informative to any questions we had and was a pleasure to deal with. Can fully recommend this host & location.

Excellent and beautiful house for a family group. Space enough for all, despite the 3 levels and inside stairs. Even with small kids, all was great and comfortable. We really enjoy to stay in and the garden area it is fantastic. Kids burn a lot of calories running all over around. We highly recommend to stay here. we stayed with a group of 7 couples. reception and communication with Herman was very smooth and easy. view beautiful. garden with various seats. parking space sufficient and nice storage room for the bikes. nice spaces to eat and entertain. actually no on or comments. highly recommended. gr André

We (family with adult children 20+) enjoyed Baudouin's house. We were surprised by the garden. It is more beautiful than in the photos. With stunning views of trees and strolls. The large barn with table tennis is a bonus. The house and kitchen have all the comforts. Baudouin responded quickly and correctly to our questions. The surroundings are quiet. For shops, restaurants or a cafe you have to go to the center of Tongeren (about 6 kilometers).

We rented a tent over Easter and had a nice time overall. The surrounding area is ideal for children – lots of nature, space to play and a really family atmosphere. Especially the barbecue in the evening was a lot of fun and contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A few small things could be improved: the shower was in need of repair and the internet connection was unfortunately not reliable. Also, it got quite cold at night – so you should prepare well if you stay there this time of year. Still a great spot for families who want to enjoy a bit of nature and camping together

Stefan welcomed us very warmly! We felt very welcome, everything is there as the description and photos indicate. Very quiet in the house, so we could sleep in for a long time. Beautiful breakfast, tiptop! Beautiful garden, Large swimming pool! Everything's fine! Recommend!

Nice and uncomplicated contact. Quick response to questions. No towels means that you also don't find towels in the toilet, we were not so aware of that and it happened for the first time after four trips to Holland. Not that anyone makes the same mistake as we do :). No soap was already something more surprising but a supermarket is nearby and you can quickly buy the missing things. Otherwise, clean apartment, nice sauna and garden. Beds a little flat and soft but overall the location is recommended. There is plenty to experience in the area, especially for children.

Fantastic location that is well maintained and clean. Both the outdoor and indoor spaces are very nice and spacious. The location is easy to reach and has plenty of parking spaces. Had a pleasant stay due to the clear instructions. Hosts are also easily accessible for questions during the stay. It is described in the rules of the house and the municipality that it should be quiet after 10 p.m. Nevertheless, we would like to mention that there are already complaints about nuisance at a normal conversation level. Although the landlords can't do anything about it, we find it useful to mention. Nevertheless 5/5!
