Modern Thai architecture near Surin Beach
The space
Perched on a hillside amongst lush tropical greenery, this extremely well-appointed luxury rental earns the name Grand Villa with ease. All six of its beautiful bedrooms feature king-sized beds, walk-in closets, private balconies, en-suite bathrooms. Accommodations for twelve, a spacious atmosphere, and its central location make Grand Villa the perfect host for a family vacation, golf trip, retreat, or special event. And, it’s just a few minutes from the beach.
Modern Thai architecture is quickly becoming the new standard for tropical luxury homes. The complexity of Grand Villa’s design is subtly downplayed by its greyscale color scheme and clean straight lines, creating a space that is chic, stylish, elegant, and tranquil, all at the same time. The exterior features many openings to the terrace and balconies, ensuring fresh ocean breeze flows freely throughout the interior. The decor is bright and cheerful. Designer furniture, eclectic art, and high-tech electronics fill the indoor spaces. And, the open-concept layout combines the kitchen, living room, lounge, and terrace into one huge social space, great for entertaining.
Grand Villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, safes, a sound system, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer. In the kitchen, there’s high-end stainless steel appliances, a coffee machine, dishwasher, and wine fridge.The formal dining area inside has seating for twelve. There’s also furnished dining and living spaces on the terrace. While you’re outside, enjoy views of the beautiful Andaman Sea from the infinity pool, a sun lounger, or rooftop patio.
Three kilometers towards the coast, you’ll find Surin Beach. Surrounded by luxury hotels, million dollar vacation homes, and high-end restaurants and wine bars, Surin Beach is a popular spot for wealthy travelers. Golf is popular on Phuket as well, with several scenic courses in Grand Villa’s vicinity. Phuket Golf Centre and Laguna are the two closest course. Both feature challenging hole layouts lined with lush greenery and natural lagoons.

Yes life is definitely better in flip-flops :)
