Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lutsen Township

We had an awesome stay. The home was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the patio and fire pit, using it in the morning to enjoy our coffee and in the evening to watch the sunset. The location was great, secluded but close enough to the main highway to make the drive to the state parks and Duluth easy. We would definitely like to make a return visit sometime in the future!

My husband, my 3 boys, and I stayed at the Birch House for a week. My husband and 2 oldest boys fished in Ely for the week. It wasn’t too far from their fishing location. The baby and I stayed and relaxed in the house all week! It was supper comfy and the baby loved bathing in the walk in shower. He had plenty of room to roam and do what baby’s do. The house was squeaky clean when we got there and the host were supper friendly and easy to communicate with! 10/10! Would recommend and would stay there again!

We stayed here during Grandma’s marathon. It was a perfect location to be able to quickly spectate at the 16th mile marker. Tracy’s place was cozy, clean, and great for what we needed. It was close enough to downtown Duluth area but still far enough out to have privacy. Tracy really considered all of what guests would need. We will definitely consider coming back.

Nikki and michael’s place was the perfect home away from home for our marathon weekend trip in Duluth. The kids enjoyed the trails, river, playground and all the activities. The house is equipped with everything we needed to have a fun, cozy, peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle that is grandma’s marathon. Nicole was beyond helpful, quick to respond with recommendations and went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed at their place.

My running club and I came to Two Harbors to run Grandma’s marathon - and Blackbeach was only going to be the housing. Instead it ended up being the highlight. The location is idyllic with a private beach and stunning views of Lake Superior. Every morning, we woke up to waves crashing. In the evenings, we hunkered down by the beach with a warm fire. Adam and team was extremely responsive, let us know all the expectations ahead of time, and answered all our questions. Additionally, it was clear that Adam took so much pride in orchestrating such a calming and delightful oasis. Every detail was charming and well thought out. Would highly highly recommend staying at Blackbeach. Thank you Adam and team!

We stayed at Cedar Cove for 5 nights with our extended family with an age range of 18 months to 80 years. This house is a perfect place for a multi generation get together. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful house and furnishings. There are multiple sitting areas and the beds are extremely comfortable. The view of Lake Superior is gorgeous. The house is very well equipped with all the kitchen ware we could have needed. It is also stocked with many good books, puzzles and games. It is a perfect place to get away and relax.

Very nice experience. It was an unbelievablely beautiful house (photos don't do it justice). The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We had a such a relaxing time here! Host was very responsive. The place was so nice and clean and was perfect for our getaway in two harbors! We really enjoyed the bonfire pit and the sauna!

We had the best time at Tabitha’s! Everything was beautiful! We look forward to coming back on our next trip!

Not reflecting on the owners of the unit but the door leading to the deck was below our room. The door thudded loudly when it was open and closed.

This is a great space for a group! The pictures don't clearly show how spacious it is. Plenty of room to make meals, lounge, relax in the sun room, etc. It's right off a hiking trail and has beautiful views. Very close to town and walking distance to a delicious little bakery.

Debbie's place was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It's a great location - walkable to restaurants and shops, and close to the Bear and Wolf centers and close to hiking trails. We would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay during Applefest very much! This property is gorgeous, very close to town, has a private little beach area, and gorgeous flowers and landscaping surrounding the property. We also enjoyed using the fire pit and looking at the stars. Thank you!

If you are fortunate enough, to spend some time on Minnesota’s North Shore, you won’t be disappointed staying here. Brenda and Tom‘s place is exactly as described. It is more than we expected. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and a lovely place to spend a vacation. The location is perfect and so scenic! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and even spotted an Eagle! We had a wonderful time hiking and exploring the surrounding area, including Gooseberry Falls, Grand Marais, and the quaint town of Two Harbors.

Such a peaceful stay. It felt like being in a tree house. Lake views from the bedroom and forest views from the living room. Would stay here again for sure. You could hear the people in adjoining apartment shutting cabinets and talking (I’m sure they could hear us) but still 100% peaceful.

The condo was well stocked with items necessary for a rental. It is convenient to many areas of interest and it provides a lot of amenities. Pool, sauna, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, and areas outdoors for sitting or exploring. Owner was very quick to respond to messages. Great place with plenty of sleeping areas. Owner also provided ideas for dining and for things to do. Highly recommend!

The cabin was perfect!! Quiet, peaceful surroundings and everything was just as described! They were beyond excellent to communicate with!! I could not have been more pleased!! A beautiful, rustic cabin that's easy to locate and owners who were more than accommodating!! I'd give six stars if I could!!

A great little get away! Such a cozy space with great vibes and cute decor. We especially enjoyed the backyard area for bonfires. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was low water pressure, for those who care for a refreshing shower... but maybe just part of cabin life. We did not have any issues, but Erin reached out a couple times to check in during our stay. I think she would have been very responsive had there been an issue.

This is a very cute place. Sauna is very nice, it is shared with the other cabin but you can reserve times. Beautiful view from the deck and nice chairs to sit on. I really loved all the windows in the cabin, lots of light. There is a very nice fire pit with comfy chairs next to the cabin. The ladder to the bed in the loft may be a bit steep for some. The bed is extremely comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. The throw blankets and sheep skins were a nice touch when cuddling up in the swinging chair. It was different not being able to have the pup upstairs with us, but he did ok. There are many close beaches and waterfalls. Overall a nice place to stay.

This was a great getaway for our little family of four! With a 2 year old and a 4 year old, we've been wanting to go camping but not quite ready yet for the whole experience. Brien and Shelley's place gave us the experience of nature, togetherness, and some amount of fending for ourselves (bringing drinking water, using an outdoor toilet, bonfires, etc.), while still providing the comfort and ease of a real bed and a real kitchen! We love visiting Two Harbors, where there is plenty to explore and it's a quick drive to multiple State parks, and yet, we were amazed and grateful at how private this place was. And what a bonus to have the river run through! (Great for our agate-loving family members.) Thanks for your hospitality! We hope to return!

This is a sweet lil house . Has all amenities you need . The host communicates in timely manner. We loved the gas fireplace , games and fire-pit. The host supplied all the firewood . We had a wonderful stay. Very private too.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Grand Marais, but far enough out to really feel like you're up north. It was peaceful and scenic, a great little getaway. We also really appreciated that it's pet-friendly. Just a heads-up for anyone with a large dog: the stairs are quite steep, so keep that in mind. Overall, a cozy and relaxing spot!

This cute little cabin was the perfect spot for us to relax over a long holiday weekend. The surroundings are beautiful, and there is so much to explore along the North Shore. It is small and the perfect size for me and my husband. Would also work well if you had 2 small kids. Book this no-frills place if you want a break from the stress of the city. Just a short walk down the road to the beach and rock coast of Lake Superior. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Private & peaceful mini cabin. Perfect for an adventure seeker and someone that wants to rest and unwind. It is located by the main highway which meant we could drive anywhere any time. Yet also a cozy place we could just watch the lake for hours sitting down inside the screened porch or be outside next to a bonfire. It was a wonderful getaway for us!
