All private, on the fourth floor of the new building. No elevator, but with a wide staircase and a 24-hour doorman who helps with luggage. It is in an excellent location: 1 block from the Malecón; 3 blocks from Parque del Amor; 4 from CC Larcomar, 3 from Av. Larco and 6 from Kennedy Park. Television and WiFi provided.
